The twist is that it features Gundams as Tohou characters thus Tohouden.

As someone new to anime, this anime is the fourth SHAFT anime I have seen, with Arikawa, Dance in vapmire Bund, and kakushigoto being the other three😂😂 As I watch it, and other SHAFT shows, I find myself paying more attention to the animation quirks SHAFT are known for more than I should be paying attention to the actual story and plot. Is that weird?🤔🤔
