Oh, my love my darling I've hungered for your touch a long lonely time and time goes by so slowly and time can do so much are you still mine? I need your love I need your love Godspeed your love to me Lonely rivers flow to the sea, to the sea to the open arms of the sea lonely rivers sigh 'wait for me, wait for me' I'll be coming home wait for me Oh, my love my darling I've hungered for your to...
What a beautiful song 🎵 😍 ❤️ 💖 💕
This is the song that I danced to with a man I had just met but I knew that we both felt the meaning of the song in so many ways ❤❤
This song was released in 1965, the very same year the US launched an experimental nuclear reactor into space. SNAP-10A failed after 43 days and will hopefully hang around in orbit for the next 4,000 years, instead of raining down radioactive debris on some hapless town. By that time, if we are still here, we will probably still play this song.
Why dont straight men sing anymore ?
How very sad.
Que año fue grabado esto?
1965
People could really sing live then 😮
Aí...sabe...aí...tem a SENHA...show....deve ter comido muita Mulher....nessa época show..ARREBENTOU.....
💛
Great music lasts for forever ❤
Everyone's raving about the other live performance of Bobby on the Andy Williams show, but I tell you, this performance is way better. This has no flaws. This is pure immortality.
This performance is great but the live rendition is different also flawless
@@DianeAccettullo-yr1ht This is live, fam.
They are both live and they are both wonderful. This one is sometimes compared to the one on The Andy Williams Show and underrated, but I love them both. I experience the other one as romantic/soulful/spiritual and this one as soulful/sexual. 💜❤️
Голосяка!
So very sad. 😢
Hi,l fell in Love with this song as soon as l heard it, my tears overwhelmed me 💘
My God, that man was so handsome! His voice melts me every time I hear it.

Recorded in 1955
The song is from 1955, but this performance is from 1965.

When can music go back to this?? Music was real back then, it had value, meaning, even if was some fun not so serious rock and roll song, it had its value and the person performing it knew what it meant to them and the crowd. Nowadays everybody wants attention and every person wants to make music even though they have no music experience or a good voice, it’s all auto tune. It’s so easy for them with all this social media, they want to make music videos and get views and all that. I get it, we have social media and we use it. Don’t get me wrong, we have so many great artists and singers now. I myself love Lana Del Rey for instance and she is absolutely incredible, her voice, her vocals, lyrics, visuals and music videos are incredible! In fact the reason I got into her more was because of her music videos and lyrics and I think what she does is incredible and I would be so sad if she stopped. My point here is that nowadays you hear about a new “artist” or “singer” every week, and most of the time, the reason why they “blew up” was because of TikTok or a music video or one song that doesn’t even sound nice or makes no sense whatsoever or is about some guy wanting to slap a girl’s a** or b*tches or not needing one or the other way around where u listen to smth so sad in my opinion about not needing anyone and just being by yourself makes you happy and so on, etc. That is my point. If you get it you get it and if you don’t get it, you’re probably one of those people who likes or listens to that sort of music but honestly I think it’s crap. I mentioned Lana Del Rey because I think she’s so real and she sings real stuff with real meaning and even if she’s not getting many views or streams, at the end of the day her music is valuable to me and to her fans. Anyways, I actually discovered the righteous brothers years ago through listening to Elvis and since then I adored them. They’re music is beautiful🤍🧚♀️
AGAIN 60 YEARS AGO!!
Beautifull song and wonderfully sang. A song that has lasted through the years that brings the peace, love, joy, comfort of nice emotion to people all around. That is what we need more on the media news and movies. It would be a better world with peace from our Lord and Love in Jesus Christ our Savior Amen!❤🕊
This song was one of my Dad's favorites. Reminds me of him.

One of the greatest of all time
Bobby Hatfield owned that song then and now. He put his whole self into that song and you could hear it in the velvety tones and then the range of his voice. His breath control, the counter tenor notes. He was just magnificent.
NO ONE will ever beat him at this song not a chance….
He made every song his for sure. He was blessed with a magnificent voice. Ebb Tide and Summertime belong to him too. He was just amazing.
Why is this clip missing several measures at around 2:17 (time and time goes by so slowly and time can do so much? are you)
So this was the short version. Just like our Old Tv shows, they often asked singers to cut some parts of song to make it shorten. Basically before 80's most singers made songs only for 2 or 3 minutes, and this song was too long for that era (60's).
#Adonai #Blessed #Talent and real Musica #GodSpeedYourLove
greatest love song ever written and performed by Bobby H.
Une voie sublime dont je ne me lasserai jamais d écouter merci 😂
