Can you pay to upload music video to Apple Music & can you upload song through mobile app?

This is just a total disrespect to the artists. Support ignoring direct questions and not answering them. A month has already passed, and some of my tracks are still not in the RUclips and TikTok system. The month has passed! It is impossible to promote them on platforms. Another recent release was released on July 19. Tracks are available on all platforms except RUclips and TikTok. Already July 28! And everyone doesn't care. "Great service"! 🤦🏻‍♂ I'm starting to really regret paying for the annual subscription to Distribution Pro. Already on the first releases there are too many problems from LANDR side. And now I find out for the first time that it turns out that FUGA is responsible for distribution, not LANDR directrly, they only send them uploaded releases. At this stage, already in the first month of cooperation, I can conclude that LANDR has little experience and is doing everything to destroy your plans for the release of music and spoil your promotional campaign. And when you explain it directly to the support service, all they can do is ignore your direct questions and apologize that this happened. I understand, I'm human and we all can make mistakes or do something wrong. But this is not lonely situation. And again to these direct questions, why the tracks are not on the platforms and when they will be there and why you do not warn the artists that it is FUGA that operates the distribution and not LANDR directly - I get a complete ignore. I signed up for the Distribution Pro package at the beginning of July 2024. It is now the end of August 2024. Can you imagine how it is? 😤

It’s a nice feature but I think Distrokid should put certified playlisters on this new playlister feature. Right now most of these playlisters are trying to charge. Distrokid shouldn’t offer this feature unless this can assure playlisters are regulated by Spotify.
