Update: So far the 80/20 hardware (bolts and T-nuts) hold up against the wet costal marine layer at night. No rust observed after about 3 weeks now. For similar black coated hardware I bough from ACE hardware or budget brand (Faztek) 80/20 knock-offs from Amazon are visibly rusted. Need to replace them with either stainless or 80/20 brand. Replacing the standard radio of my 2019 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van with Alpine Halo9 (iLX-259)

This is a one week old Sprinter 2500 passenger van, V6 Turbo Diesel, reclining rear passenger bench seats. When I shop for the van (used and new), it was hard for me to find detail picture or video of the van. Hopefully this will contribute additional info to what is currently out there.
