Hi there, is there a ready to use Falcon player, one i do not have to put together myself 😅 .. i watched the videos and seems like a great option to run different shows on different projectors at different time schedule (correct me if i am wrong please). The thing is, to put this Falcon player together, like build it diy seems a bit intimidated maybe for me 😅 .. and i do need a laptop to run the Falcon pi .. there are much things to be mindful of also it seems 😊 .. i thought i just run 1 projector for window projection at ground floor and run 2 others without sound just for visuals upstairs through the Windows... Then i will run a pumpkin scene like away from the sound for the video on ground floor, you need to have sound for both. That's where it gets hard, i also want some projection on my garage.. honestly.. i want to start small and try things out but already i end up buying a lot of halloween props, 4 projectors. So one day it is going to be like you do now 😂. I am going to check out how to project map a house, but i need to get in touch first with the city to turn of 2 streetlights if they are willing to do so when i did the mapping, or it is never going to happen 🤔 .. you need extreme powerful beamers to get above the light of streetlamp! (Although both of those lamps are like 20 meters away each). They are updated to led and give some light to the front of the house what is a shame and a problem buddy 😣

Is there a formula for projector distance? I have a house that’s 150’ wide. And we are on a hill. So my projector(s)will have to be raised up to get the projection to shine on the wrap around porch and the 5 dog houses on our upper roof. I’m wanting to get ride of my pixels. I’m 63. And tired of the ladders. Thank you for your time.

I have been thinking about this for some time and came up with the same conclusion to use a sever box. Lots of choices. I was considering the same ready to go solution for the $365 but it seems that is not an option at this point due to no availability. I will give it a try soon and see how it goes. Thank for sharing.

Helpful, however, I knew something wasn't right when I couldn't display the show on a monitor. Per your suggestion, I did format the show to .mov but that still didn't work. All my holiday shows are in an MP4 format and play fine using a Roku hooked up to my short throw projector but I wanted something simple and found your youtube. Nonetheless, everything was smooth up until previewing the shows to a monitor and attempted to hook it up via HDMI but still nothing. Could I have a bad raspberry? Any other advice??

hello there! thank you for putting out the tutorial. I was finally able to go through the tutorial and create my 1st show to surprise my wife on valentine's day. I bought and sat on the tutorial for 3 years (wonder why, SMH). BTW what is a good media player to use? I copied my output to USB and played in on the projector using its windows media player. But it's annoying because it shows the buttons before and after the video.

Looks great. Is your projector positioned at an angle, as opposed to straight on with your house? And do you have a video showing your projector setup?

When I click AI all I get is a bunch of faces. There is no toolbar for selecting scenes. Using it on MEmu I can open my map but can't get to the part of selecting scenes. What am I doing wrong
