Last year Tkachuk and Bobrovsky near single-handedly led us to the cup before getting routed by Vegas. This year the team was much more well rounded, although Bob was still fantastic. If not Bob, Barkov was the most important player for us.

Been an oilers fan since the 80s,, had a love hate relationship with the team since the gretz trade and messier later on. Different era for the game. Anyways, if the Oilers can't get the cup done in the next 2 seasons, I hope McDavid signs elsewhere, I want to see him win a cup or more, don't need to see his career and goals ruined because the Oilers management can't get their shit together.
