First time hearing this brand. Not sure if 2.6K is a worthy price for a watch with resin case, 30m water resistance and from an unknown brand. We can get Casios and Timexes with brass cases for this price (or even less). I had got a Timex UFC with similar specs and Indiglo for Rs 2.4K, but I returned it since I didn’t quite like its yellow dial.

I've a Seiko Premier Kinetic Calendar for 10 years now. I wear it almost every day, and I never had it serviced. The saphire glass is very durable. Sometimes I forget it after a shower for 3/4 days and the watch goes on "sleep" mode with its hands stoped. It's always fun to shake it a bit and to see the hands starting to rotate quickly to replace themselves at the exact second they should, has if nothing had happend. This is a piece of engineering made to be used, not something to add to a collection. It has to be used to work properly.

I wouldn't mind buying a watch that was planned, accordinated and assembled in Germany from "quality" out sourced parts, any outsource parts but China. German movement costs an arm and a leg. There needs to be some quality control here, a new watch international standard needs to be implemented such that which exact parts are made and produced from should be stated in a watch certificate.

Long story short - U can buy non-original capacitor for about 20$. Its not so hard to replace it by urself - all U have to do is to remove 3-4 screws and then set it back. Yes, U should be really careful during the process. But U right, seiko won`t support this models anymore. And its strange to me that even budget automatic watches are cheaper than most kinetic models 🤷‍♂ Anyway I didn`t use mine Kinetic Arctura for about 8 years, and now after replacing the capacitor , I love to wear them few times a month 🙄 Also now those seiko`s are even more valuable for me becase I have had a long time to find the right parts, screws and other stuff to make the replacement of capacitor by myself ))

I got a Zeppelin Atlantic Automatic with a blue dial about four years ago. It comes with an ETA 2824-2 and the accuracy is great, +3 to +5 sec per day on average. I love the design and it regularly gets me compliments. I paid 275$ for it brand new. In my opinion it represents excellent value. The only thing that could be improved is the strap, which is not that good. I wear it every other week and can definitely recommend them, if you like the design.

Brother I think You are too harsh on the brand ! Yeah. I agree with You for Your comment that Its not a real made in Germany watch ! And may be cases and movements sourced from other manufacturers. Even if so.. the watches themselves are very beautiful retro designs. Nothing wrong with cases being procured from China. Honestly the way China manufactures moving ahead with the quality,its not a surprise that even many Swiss manufacturers procuring many parts from China these days. Movements they are using Quartz and mechanical ones. With mechanical ones mostly Miyota 8015.and swiss made ETA. Miyota Cheap movement but very reliable where as Swiss ETA is just the benchmark in reliability and quality ! Whats wrong ? Many micro brand watch makers using their movements and in my opinion great value in comparison to all “Swiss Made”watches. Graf Zeppelin also one such manufacturer and doing a great job.Yes I understand your concerns on pricing. And MRP is laughable ! However International prices on Ebay quite reasonable. Only the naive will buy at MRP ! Watch enthusiasts surely know how pricing works within watch industry and they always look out for bargain sales. I purchased one ETA 2826 movement -LZ127 grande date for 209$. Brand new in box ! Good value and am very happy about it.😀

Dress watches don't have lume! I have over 50 Kinetic watches, and have NO trouble keeping them charged. This is a piece of history in technology. Don't be scared into not buying this watch, I highly recommend it!

3:20 for American varient it has no cuts in the left corner but for developing nations there is a cut in price as well as design not all can be given for less prices by the way we Indians are the only people who can buy branded watches like this for ultra cheap rate in other countries the rate of this watch would climb above 50$ and strictly no discount if you need it buy it if not get out that's the line for those areas.... Be Lucky indian people i have noticed even Casio watches and other great brands watches are also available on e commerce sites with High discounted prices.... We are lucky because of our mentality if the price is High we don't buy anything and that mind set leads to the price cuts and discounts by these companies.....
