How do you like that drum powder measure? ( I think you have the Drum type, couldn't really see) I have been thinking about moving to that type of system but not quite sure about it yet. You seem to have a smooth little set up. very nice.
I like it very much. It comes with 2 drums, smaller loads/larger loads. Once you figure out how to use this setup it’s easy. About every 10-20 reloads I’ll check the weight to make sure I’m still on track. That’s just what I do for my own peace of mind.
I'm from Kansas
I was in braggs Oklahoma.
Where at in ok I'm going to tenkiller lake next week any good there?
I’ve heard people catching some catfish there, they said they were catching catfish deeper because of the heat. Same with me. On the bottom. Good luck and stay cool.
@@Gotta-Go-Reload thanks brother God bless you
Your wife is hot
Nice looking catfish ❤
I’ve never seen Otter’s in the wild before!! Lived here 50 years and never seen one outside of the Zoo.
The fact that they didn’t even play half of this song in the movie easily the best song tho
One of the biggest Bass i ever caught was at Frederick Lake as a kid.
largemouth?
Yes.
i noticed you picked up a lubed case, and then a primer does this not damage the primer by contaminating it
Ive had no problems firing rounds this way. The lube I used for this purpose won’t interfere with the firing. Other reloaders recommend it to me. I hope this helps.
Don't understand why (for video purposes) you went through 3 prep operations on fifty cases. Viewers like me will lose interest -which I did. So fast forwarded. Think would be better to have done 5-10 instead of 50. Also nothing in this video addressed the Lee Turret Pres. Just my opinion.
Thank you for your input. It was one of my first real videos. When I started reloading I looked on RUclips for information on how to reload. All I could find was pieces here and there about it. It didn’t show me everything, that’s why I made it like it did, to show beginners what they might need or be looking for. I’ll work on making a video about the Lee Press now that I’ve had it and used it a lot more now. Thank you for being honest, an for your input.
I started reloading 10 years ago with the same Lee press and I too put the primer by hand it’s easier. I still reload with the same press thousands of rounds and it’s a great product. I love the hobby too.
Me too, once you figure out how to use it properly, it’s real simple. It just a hobby for me, it’s very therapeutic for me, I had rotator cuff surgery two years ago. With the price of supplies these days ya don’t want to mess up anything or waste primers or brass. Thank you for the input, and for watching my video. Chris.
Idk I had no issues shooting a savage brand shotgun, like yeah it's a bit of a kick but I think people over play shotguns
A lot of people do, that’s why I picked up high velocity rounds, (slugs, 00 Buck, etc) too see if they would kick harder. My son was 16 when I got that Boss 25 this summer. It’s a fun shotgun to shoot. Thank you for your input and for watching my video. Chris.
Hold it tighter into your shoulder
That’s what I told him, hold it real tightly and do give it any space to kick back. He’s young and learning. Thx for your input brother. And thank you for watching my video.
Need to hold it in your shoulder tighter or something. 12 guage ain't that bad. My 10-year-old shoots my 12 guage.
Forgot about the safety? 😂
Yup, he got over excited about the new shotgun and forgot. At least he had the safety on. lol thanks for watching our video.
Lol
Y
After we put about 50 rounds through this shotgun, he learned that 00 buck does have a mean kick too it. It bruised his shoulder up for about a week.
And up grom the ground came a bubblin' crude...beverly hillbillies
Lean forward and put left foot out front.
Shot a few rounds of 00 buckshot out of 12 gauge without ever having done it before…. My shoulder was fucked up for days lmao
His was too, we put about 50 rounds through it that day or I should say he did, and his shoulder was bruised for about a week.
Little girls crying 😢
Ultimate reloader, fortune cookie 45lc, Elvis ammo,
just having fun
We bought some modification parts to help it shoot more smoothly. An learned a new cleaning method. Like new now!
Best part is they are water proof and float the only gun you can go in the water with and not cancel your buoyancy. When survival mode hits you're not guna hear any one packing rocks and sticks talking shit
Very true.
Imagine telling whatever is coming at you in a survival situation to "hold on while i assemble my weapon" then when you get it together having to put 57 bullets into it just to do a LITTLE bit of damage 🤣🤦
Can you shoot it without the barrel?😂
Don’t know, never tried that. Possible
Dude twisting his rickety threaded ikea gun into place. Meanwhile: me with any 22. on a sling🐸
That's a Henry boy shut ur mouth also based on us airforce just in case rifle

Tommy shelby did it better
At the bottom with the sound description. "Eminem ft. Eminem" 😂
If only you wouldnt use a Epstein frequent flyers song id like the video.
I had no idea about that, piqued my interest, goovled it, and it seems that he was only on fake lists made. Obviously I don't actually know, nor do I really care, but I wouldn't he so certain in one direction or the other.
@@Miscelanou of course Google would say it's a fake list.
@@RomanEmpireMetals touche lol but Google doesn't say it's fake for the others
A optic is no good every time you take it off u got to resight it in
Stop being Fancy with your stupid finger spins on the damn barrel and just put it on like a man with a hammer
Could you imagine cross threading the barrel... you got 1 shot literally 😅
It’s a magazine fed rifle and you can see the ejection port.
It holds 5 in the mag and one in the pipe
Junk
I mean, i used to make hits at 75 yards with the irons when I was a little kid. But go off.
@Longshot88 just too pricey for what it is. I'd rather have a rifle on shoulder or lil 22 pistol. Just my opinion. I'm glad it's a curate consistently though. It looks like a fairly new product. Hopefully there aren't many bugs to work out. Keep us posted
Well it was developed in the 50s. And this is the newest model. So nevermind about the bugs. And they are 350$ now with a clip... damn, maybe it's not junk.??? Lol
@@bbltd.3154 the one i used was made by Armalite, now they're being made by Henry. No experience with the newer ones

@@Bravosierra175 ye I seen that afterwards but I was too lazy to edit the comment
No tactical advantage
It's a survival gun dude. It's a .22 survival gun. It's the thing you leave in your backpack until you run out of food and are willing to wolf down a squirrel. It was designed to give pilots a lightweight gun to hunt with in case they were stranded that could float and fit in the survival kit.
Troll
Tactical advantage? It’s a .22 liberal
Why carry a survival gun when you an have one to do all that's all I was saying not hating.
seems like a lot of work when i can just sling it?
Problem is it's not a main gun. It was designed for pilots in case they had to crash land, and it floats too in case they land in a body of water. Happens to be legal and a solid survival gun if you, the average joe, get stuck in similar circumstances. It's generally not the gun you intentionally bring as your main piece for really anything wilderness related. Other .22s are better at hunting, pistols are better for animal defense, larger caliber rifles are better for big game, but this? This is the gun you leave in the bag and test twice a year to make sure if you need it, it'll work.
@@JohnSmith-xv2ob that was the .22 and .410, these were issued a lot less because lots of the time the stock came apart in the crash and the pieces broke/got lost
@carterturk1420 I said they were DESIGNED for pilots. Was fairly certain some were issued, but don't have any concrete sources, just what I heard. Either way, the point of my comment was to say, you don't sling this gun, you pack it.
Some people don't like Karens calling the cops when you're on the local trails. I've seen some people call the cops over a holstered pistol... better that others have no clue I'm carrying till they need to find out.
I had one of those that was full auto. I returned it immediately that is not how it was designed.🫡
James bond (the real one sean connery) took down a helicopter with one of these in from Russia with love, totally possible
I was 16 but wish I still had it…
I had one when I was 8 cool gun
You'll get better accuracy when charging if you measure the charge in the case using the case after taring it. Otherwise there might be some powder left in the case when you empty it out into the measuring pan.
That’s what I do now. Just too make sure. Not every round but like every 15-25 rounds I’ll check it. For my own peace of mind.
Do you clean your brass after everything is assembled since you have them lubed?
Looks like he is just wiping them off when the cartridges come off the press
Yes sir. I wipe them off one at a time after I’m done reloading them.
“Sub pistols aint good for long range”…well it helps if you aim and shoot it properly 😂 holding it one handed tells me its not the pistol…its the shooter
Points gun upright and squeezes trigger…. So careless bro get off RUclips
Why do the shots sound different?
Because the firecaps are separate from the powder and bullet, the little bang is the firing cap going off and not activating the powder
Very nice
Thanks
