I have only shown you a small part here. The whole training lasts one hour. I still trained inside despite the uncomfortable conditions. The pain( micro injury) in generally doesn't matter to me hut all this pain just annoys me because I don't function the way I want but, as we know, every pain has something good, you get stronger 🙏 And as always : sorry for my bad English 😂🙏 #armwrestling #arm...

ey megan have both belt overlapping themself on the hand so its less like a static brachial the closer they are from the hand the better it is it will focus more on pronator and post at the same time opponent will only try to turn that hand to win the wrist

mehr Erfahrung = bessere Technik + mehr Kraft ... arme Ivana. Wenn ich mir die anderen Videos ansehe wenn du mit den Jungs drückst, dann ist das schon beeindruckend. Ich hätte es wohl schon bevor du die Technik gelernt hast sehr schwer gegen deine Power gehabt, jetzt wäre ich so schnell unten wie Ivana 🙂
