TDEP....music for musicians. So true. Its either you hate or love it. For most people it's noise, but for others it's genius lol
Love this, just wish Chris Pennie was behind the set
original vocalist is best...puciato turned this band into 2nd rate trent reznor industrial pop garbage
When you see Better Lovers live it's clear that their energy, verve and enthusiasm is natural, whereas these jokers are clearly trying to make it look like they have as much enthusiasm as they did playing this 25 odd years ago. So contrived and embarrassing. Everyone looks half asleep whilst Ben triples up on the theatrics. "Look! We're still 'spazz jazz!"
There's zero energy and Ben's antics are so corny for a 49-year-old man. Dmitri is just lethargically walking around. He looks like he's about to keel over. This is garbage.
I was in the crowd and had no idea where Dmitri was for most of this song.
shit the bed
Ben is killing it🔥🔥🔥
without greg? really?
greg didn’t sing on this album or any of the material they are playing on this tour
@@epicfrog bummer
@@mfmercface nah it’s a great album, calculating infinty, classic album, and as greg said “game-changing album” and the reason he wanted to be in the band
Dimitri should've really worked on his voice long before this tour started. He's only working with 30-40% of what it used to be. Disappointing is an understatement. He became everything the band fought against: a suburban dad/normal & boring.
Nah it’s punk rock baby, the fact that people are whining about his vocals online makes it even more punk rock
Liam aged about 30 years since the final tour
Also who’s drumming?
0:36 that little Mullet Burden hint was 👌
Greg was the best singer this band had, this dude can't even scream a full song 😂😂😂
People will probably get mad at me for saying this, but Greg was BY FAR the better vocalist. In a stage presence sense as well as skills wise.
Greg was good but I think Mike Patton mixed with the band the best. Greg basically just emulated Mike
@@MachineLearningRecords Kinda unfair because Mike Patton is just one of the best vocalists of all time
I agree with you. He had better range as well.
@@MachineLearningRecordsGreg was already in Dillinger for almost a year before Irony is a Dead Scene came out. Greg was singing with them before they worked with Mike.
@@MachineLearningRecords I think the other way around, I mean yes Mike Patton was great with DEP, but I don't like him better than Greg. I'm sorry for people who think Mike is unsurpassable but Greg is better for me, he is as versatile as Mike Patton with all the influence of the latter (and the entire DEP's discography shows that) but even with a cooler sound when singing and screaming, what's more, he screams way raw that Mike does and in a thousand ways, and also his singing voice is powerful and versatile with more pleasant sound than Mike's, that the truth even if Mike fans don't accept it. There's only one thing Mike better than Greg, his vocal range, even though Greg's vocal range is super wide, Mike is the king in this point. Aside from that Greg is above in overall quality, even tho he never took enough care of his voice when he was on tour with DEP. Moral: OG DOESN'T ALWAYS MEAN BETTER.
Most shitty band ever.uncool and spastic action.music pure piss
Who is the second guitar player?
@@8ori5 James Love
@@TheToyboxofDoom wow, that was fast. 😅 Thanks !
oo that zon bass :0
Vocals were horrible
Dimitri is like "why did you guys drag me into this". To be fair, he is doing good for not doing it for so long
Awesome
The comment section is cancer
Where is Chris Pennie?
Doing drums for masterpieces of songs with a fella suffering from schizophrenia, and maybe making scores for movies if that's still a thing for him . I really miss him too , dood.
@@michaelvieregge2257Yeah I love Chris Pennie too, but honestly I can't miss him with Billy Rymer drumming.
Billy is better than ever!
Sounds like shit lmao Ben is such a tool
best band ever, and the perfect version is with mike patton
It sounds like they actually hired that Redskins Art Monk 43% parody singer.
wait what. woa! awesome
Omg Billy sounds fucking great!! With this guy I can't miss anyone else.
Greg...
I miss greg.
Same
Me too!
This would be better if it was a different band.
These guys try WAY too hard. It makes it unlistenable. Even extreme music needs a groove or it's pointless.
Sounds like you don’t know Dillinger.
They have plenty of groove, literally just listen to some of their most popular songs
lmao man just like, sit down. go listen to fuckin sleep token or something
obviously havent listened to any of their albums in full if you think there is no groove
ok but this video is not their whole discography, but a single song thats indeed unbearable. you guys got your egos fragile like a porcelain.
What kind of camera contraption is that guy using with the iPhone and the frame around it?
WTF?! How did I not know they reunited and this happened; missed seeing them live again. Thank you for posting this though!
so many panninis make you wack dimitri but still i want a new album
Dimitri is AWFUL
I heard that apparently someone who talked with the band backstage found out that setting up this show was a nightmare for them, as they didn’t have any time to practice or rehearse. This would probably explain why Dimitri looks so burnt out here.
43% burnt out?
Doesnt matter.most uncool shitband ever
@@niemals9837then why are you here?
And yet, here you are. @@niemals9837
Bummer
I love this band, but the vocals here.....oh man..😥
His vocals sound like shit and he is completely off time - if you are a legacy band, there is no excuse for your audience knowing a song better than you who wrote it.
Nearly 300 years of combined punk experience on that stage
дыш дыш дыш дыш таратара таратара
Get me out there I'll happily scream my ass off
this was hard to listen to, band sounds great but not so much on the vocals, yikes
Oh my god they really played stuff off the s/t…..
This is pretty terrible, if Greg never joined the band it probably would’ve died after this album.
Sounds just as bad as the album although missing the pre-teen having a meltdown vocals vibe. Sorry I missed it!
They did a show with a different vocalist? He does not sound good.
That's Dimitri Minakakis, the original vocalist before Greg joined the band. And yes, he sounds absolutely terrible here.
@@godscoldhands77 it would be cool if they got Mike Patton.
Fuck yeah Dimitri’s back!! Sounding raw as fuck. Great show it was an honor to be there
Dimitri was never a good singer, but this is really, really bad
Is the other singer still with Jerry Cantrell?
@@pavlovsdogman Yes. He also has a new band called Better Lovers.
Greg was next level, so perfect for Dillinger. Still there are people who never appreciated him only cuz he's not the original singer, despite his priceless contributions and long-lasting leadership for the band, that makes feel like he's really the original.
This is cool, I've never heard them do this one live. Probably the highlight of their whole set, the DK tune, too.
I'm just gonna go listen to the old records and pretend this didn't happen.
