@LAMtransport76 For performance 4719 was always on the X4 and X93. However, it seems its relaxing on the 63 all the time.

@@NorthEastTravel1 Ah well then... Anyway its strange to see 1405 doing the 7. And also it's nice to see 1396 is on the road today. 1419 also seems to be back on its usual longer X12 runs now.

@MiracNotFound The Solos are kept as spares so I'd probably only keep 1 or 2 for a year longer.

@ 4719 and 4718. they are the only ones which have the least issues and sound new.

The second part was just as good which should be out around about Monday next week.

To be honest it's just boring.

@LAMtransport76 oh actually!!!! In the late 90s we had Lincoln Road Car for our busses. Right... none of the drivers there knew what I was talking about but, they would not of been brand new to Lincoln depot bit they were new to us, the first time I heard the modern sound of a bus was these very square but modern looking busses, the rear seats were very high up at the back, the wheels seemed slight smaller and nearer the rear from about half way down the windows had blacked out lower sections to hide the seats from the outside. I cannot find d any info on these busses or what they were, mid to late 90s, and the first time I'd seen/heard a bus with that distinctive transmission whine, fully automatic, a button for Drive neutral and reverse. After that came the Super Buzz busses which had much lower floors. That was another feature, the floor was almost like a coach layout. Loved those busses and my god did they shift in a 50 limit lol. None of the drivers at Lincoln depot remember them, maybe someone here remembers them? Didn't seem to have them many years before the super buzz busses arrived. They were quite tall but square, and quite cramped ish or cosy inside especially at the back. Very coach like but was just a normal bus. No idea what they were but I miss them lol

@LAMtransport76 okay, I'd hoped maybe the description would help. I know that Lincoln never gets new busses, they are handed down from yhe big cities to smaller ones. Perhaps someone will see my comment and remember them lol

@MiracNotFound There is some good competition from 1464, 1471, 1485 and 1487.

It sounds slightly stronger than other 61 plates.

@@NorthEastTravel1 1397 was meh, it sounded pretty good but not as good as the original North East ones. The vibrations at the back are crazy. When I came off it, I felt like my legs fell off XD. It also stank of diesel.

I had it on the X3 and X93 before and it weren't too bad.

@@NorthEastTravel1 The X2 it was alright but sounded a tad unhealthy and also stank of diesel fumes.

I was at North Ormesby Market Place waiting for another 8 to come and saw this and thought it was worth taking a trip on it.

@@NorthEastTravel1 I usually use the X12 to get between Stockton and Middlesbrough because the X66/X67 are usually packed.

@@NorthEastTravel1 1414 is another Pulsar that's fell off massively, I don't mind whiney Pulsars now because I've been on 1447, 1455 and 1490 which are all quality but 1414 used to be a beast. However, I still like 1414 as a whiney Pulsar however it used to be way better. I think it's just me not being keen on 1439 to be honest.

@LAMtransport76 Some whiney ones ain't great. I gave them a chance but hardly of them have had kickdowns when I have been on them at least anyways.

This is a Euro 5 and it seems to have had a few problems.

It definitely is great. I've recorded 1561, 1557, 1420, 1445, 1414, 1410, 1612 and 1556 today. 1445 had a strange sound to it and smelled of diesel fumes.

I was also talking to the learner driver on 1445 when we got to the bus station and he said he's enjoying driving so far and actually prefers driving the Temsas.

@LAMtransport76 Gonna miss the Temsas man. I'm all down for these extra pulsars though. I've seen some vids of these North West/Merseyside Pulsars and some don't seem all that great so I wonder how they will perform on routes like the X4. Also, I don't think I'm going to record the New Evoras. I will see how they sound first though. But from Vids of Evoras elsewhere, they don't sound great.

Big up the speed bumps on Oxford Road in Middlesbrough aswell 😂.

I don't know how it's any different to other depots with the difficulty level of cleaning and there's no way it takes this long. Realistically, Redcar won't want to be putting Pulsars on the X93 also because some can't handle it like 1418.

@LAMtransport76 What I meant by that is that Redcar have awfully dusty and dirty buses most of time.Some Pulsars are gonna end up on the X93/94 in Summer. Ideally they want to ensure the X93 is Deckers.

Yeh, when I first was on a Stagecoach MMC it had the NSA turned off but I do prefer it off.

The driver wasn't getting the most out of this for sure. I also went out today and recorded 1471, 1613, 4703, 1427, 1464, 1485, 1551, 1554 and 1561.

@LAMtransport76 Durham are loving putting the Lites on the X12 recently for some reason.

@@LJ07EBP no, they're just absolutely appaling. Being built by the company once admired by us for their quality of buses produced, solid vehicles, cheap to maintain to these heaps of buses. Weak 4 cylinder cummins engines with the worst voith combination which even remapped the gearbox can't make up its mind. They're awful buses. So glad they aren't being made anymore.

@@NorthEastTravel1 I was out on Friday and a 29 board was cancelled so everyone packed on the 28A when it came. Also Redcar never learn their lesson, they put 1418 on the X93, it broke down last time it was on it and it broke down on it again this morning.

Once again the Bodywork is Max Micro-Hybrid. This one is in limp mode and would probably be way better if it weren't.

@LAMtransport76 Nah the body work is wrightbus streetlite DF. Hybrid for vehicles is when electric motors and a engine is both working together to drive the wheels. This is fully diesel with a engine so its not a hybrid. Micro Hybrid isnt just bodywork. I can tell its not limped with how the thing is shifting on early rpms and the rpm is slowly crawling. Its a slow driver
