Missing a lot of context. They included a lot of shit from their comics including the Veil Jumpers. I feel like this was a misstep myself. Not everyone reads comics so there needs to be a lot of explanation in the game.

You know for them calling the trailer gameplay, there really wasn’t much gameplay to be revealed, at least they are giving us more on the 11th though; but I hope with them implementing fast and fluid combat with the strategic pause to plan attacks it can be a very fun Dragon Age with a proper story to boot. I’m starting with Inqusition, well I haven’t started, started but I have that game ready to go when I get to it.

this game alone has me more excited than the entire 5 years of games that came out.

The crowd noises when no crowds are visible could mean the people are in the cages on the tripods

If the developer could find a way, I really think it would add to the creepiness factor if the animal anbience completely cuts otf when the tripods are nearby. Maybe it's just me but I find natural ambience just too calming for a horror game.

I agree about the crowd noises. I love that he put that in there, but hopefully assigns it to more dense areas, or just runs it through a filter or something to make it sound more distant. He did mention that he would add a feature where the birds and crickets stop when the alien is within a certain proximity. This game is looking fantastic so far, though.

It’s a stat at 23:52 you have health, sleep, food and water. If any one of those depletes it threatens your player character’s survival

This came out on the same day as my masters graduation. 😅 happy celebration to me. I honestly could watch these videos time and time again of course I would also want to play the game, but it seems like the developer is working tirelessly when he can to make early access as entertaining for the long term as possible. So hopefully we get an announcement this year, but with such a small team and such big ambitions, and shoes to fill trying to get the atmosphere of the movie just right, it is understandable.

Crazy that almost 20 years after the movie came out, fans are still trying to relive it, I wish success for the creators of the game!

Only thing people are complaining about is there's no color people in the game and women fighting in armor. I think kingdom Come is really good KCD2 the only thing I might not like as much is are skills are going down if you play the first game. Our saves aren't transferring over.
