Only the first 2 games had different animations for throws for characters. Later they used a mechanic when character simply grabs an opponent and moves him forward or backward (it was called Balance Breaker). In 5 you could input attack button to strike immediately after the grab animation.

Excellent video about what is, to me, an underrated GBC Game. I Do think its charm comes into its uniquness (WWF Wrestlezrs in a Double Dragon like game). It is no surprise that it is a Fun gaming experience knowing Way Forward made it. I'm also digging the stunner looking like an RKO (probably cause Im a Randy Orton fan) & The Lat Ride looking like The X-Factor (which is such a cool underrated move). As you stated in your excellent analysis & review of the game, the graphics are also ahighlight & very pleasant to look at, enhancing the wholke experience. All in all a super fun hidden gem on the GBC . Your excellent video & review of this one just earned You an instant sub & fan of your channel my Friend ! Cheers.

Me gustaria ver a algunos de esos personajes en nuevos juegos. Ahora que Viccom revivió, no hace mucho relanzaron 'The Eye of Typhoon', seria bueno que hicieran un remake de 'Fight Fever' o una colaboracion con SNK

SNK crearia un personaje llamado Kang Baedal, como referencia a Han Baedal de Fight Fever.

El juego cumplió 30 años este año 🎉 Uno de mis favoritos juegos kusoge 😊 El primer juego de peleas creado por la compañia coreana Viccom, compañia que distribuyó maquinas arcade NEO GEO en Corea del Sur y fue fundada por el verdadero Kim Kaphwan (Que en Paz Descanse 🥲) Gracias a ese hombre es que tuvimos al peleador justiciero del taekwondo de Fatal Fury/The King of Fighters. Si bien no les fue salió muy bien este juego al menos ellos mejorarian mucho con su segundo juego, 'The Eye of the Typhoon'.

Thank you so much for archiving the greatest 3D fighter of all time. I LOVE the throws in the game, especially whenever Valgas does the air meteors, it was the perfect time to air throw. The girl's back throw was so fun to do, they just go underneath you and donkey kick your face. Its such a satisfying game to play.
