I don't even understand what the first one is lmao and the 2nd isn't even a paradox it's just a probability question but having a 50/50 chance and then being given the swap is still a 50/50 chance because you are not "swapping" you are still presented with the same option. The 2nd one only works as a 1 in 3 that removes one of them that contains nothing after locking it and then offering the swap because then the swap technically becomes a 66% chance of success because the original choice was only a 33% and now one of them is gone the odds are increased. It's still a 50/50 but in math terms the probability is higher.
