I had tickets to this show. 2 nights at Irvine Meadows. Then Wu Tang dropped off the tour. The Roots opened night 1. They were great. The Foo Fighters opened night 2. They sounded great but the crowd really wanted to hear some hip hop! tough night for Dave Grohl. Crowd started to chant Wu Tang! Years later on Rock the Bells I got to see Wu Tang and Rage on stage on the same bill! Both groups reunited and tore it up!

I remember them playing The Boathouse here in Norfolk VA back in the day (for this tour). It’s closed now, but it was just a small venue (maybe 2,000 people). Can you imagine the Clan crammed on one bus?
