The low graphics is still better that gta
Imo, CoD 2 was peak CoD, single and multiplayer. It was immersive, CoD 4 and CoD WaW were cool in itself, but I hated the direction the MP were going, like that everyone could have all weapons, instead of faction specific, like k98 and Mp40 for germany and thompson, m1 for us, etc... And the shitty kill streaks and perks... Back in the day it was all about map knowledge, aim and reaction and how skilled you were with your trusty ol´ bolt action^^

I still remember thinking these were the most insane graphics I’d ever seen

Basically you get a huge advantage in the woods map when playing on low vs epic
that moment when LOW graphic settings looks more real than ultra

I am not sure but it is worth to try. I know that there are servers with some custom maps and mods.
