The Odoo PM system is poorly thought out. One PM allowed per piece of equipment on one frequency. It also generates the next PM immediately after completing the previous one (even annual PMs) and then this clutters up your task list you have to then manage and will loose track of annual PMs since you looked at white noise tasks for a year before you had to do them. Wish they wouldnt generate until within 30 days of the task or something. Now I have to create more task statuses for semi-annual and annual tasks and filter the list of them by due this month all the time. Also if I have multiple PMs that are electrical and mechanical in nature this is a mess too. Why tie the task frequency to the equipment, why not tie it to the task(s)? So sad this almost worked.

I'm the treasurer for our HOA and we use the free version of Wave for our accounting software. I do like the invoicing system and the nice look. However, I can't figure out a way to make ONE invoice for our annual dues and send it to all 131 owners.....instead of having to make 131 invoices. Is there a way to do that? Make one repetitive invoice and send it to everyone? We basically have 131 "customers" . Thanks for any help.

There is no procurement module? I had wanted to place a PO but there is no to do so. Freshbook is good for service industry 😢

All… make sure your team has proper requirements and workflows in place before implementation as my current firm made things up on the go which is why the bastardized and customized version is so far off from out of the box.

Is odoo better then dynamics 365 ?

JobBoss2 is truly terrible software. Their internal support is abysmal, not helpful, and all "consulting" is paid up front with weeks upon weeks of leadtime before the consultants show up on site. They do not do on-premise installations regardless of what they advertise, they also advertise that they are capable of handling mixed mode, MTO, MTS methods. This is also untrue. It is make to order only. How you scored it above a 5 is astounding. For anyone here reading this considering buying it, go look up message boards filled with real users. It's cheap. that is a selling point.

Which accounting software would you recommend for a small business with 2 employees (my wife and I) that handles 3-5 large projects a year and no inventory. We would need to create invoices and track a lot of smaller supply expenses for each project. Appreciate it!

I'm looking for local only invoicing and inventory software, no subscription, no cloud. This has been proving to be more challenging lately.

Does Freshbooks have a Markup column in its estimates? So we can track how much we are making on a estimate or quote?

Also comparing SAP C4/Hana (Not S4 as stated) would open up to add Dynamics 365 Sales into the mix. That makes this solution better than SAP with C4 and SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than Netsuite for CRM.

Microsoft AppSource with almost 5000 third party Business Central apps is similar to Netsuite Suite apps….

Great review of what Odoo can provide ! It only misses to cover the Odoo Community Association ecosystem which provides some industry verticalization and enhence the odoo community version. Providing a true alternative to Odoo Enterprise. That said you'll need to go by a partner that is involved to OCA ecosystem.

Sorry, but your Cons are simply not true. - Clunky integration? Ever used Appsource? Dont think so. - Limited CRM? - YES cause it is a ERP System - Complex setup? - Ever set up a SaaS Environment, doesn't look like to me I am missing your Deep Dive to this System. You did not even scratch the surface. A rating without a deep dive? Simply wrong.
