    It is a good idea,BUT the hamster needs more enrichment then just foam and moss.even that sandbath,again good,but he needs a bigger one. That enclosure is so small

    the foam is plastic thats not good for hamsters and the hamster can hop out of the aquarium. you need to change all the beding almost every month hamsters will dig a hideout by them selfs you dont need this at all.

    A glue being environmentally friendly does not mean that it can be safely ingested. DO NOT USE FOAM with hamsters or any other rodent. Rodents CHEW, is what they do. They will destroy the foam, possibly ingesting some and getting compacted. This whole this is whack. If you want to give your hamsters a real safe and natural tunneling experience, make a compacted dirt aquarium, the hamster can dig its own tunnels. There are quite a few videos on how to do that. AGAIN, DO NOT USE FOAM with rodents!

    I remember doing this for my hamster. By the 3rd day the cave was full of p*ss and sh*t i had to remove it because it was very unsanitary.
