The standard 870 holds 4 (plus one in the chamber) you added a +2 extension. If you are squeezing 7 in the tube that's 1 too many which is why it's jamming. If you meant 6 in the tube plus 1 in the chamber and you can only fit 5 +1 in the chamber, your mag spring is likely too long or when you cut it to fit you left a sharp point on the end of the spring and it is grabbing/stabbing a shell. File the end of the spring smooth.

I had something similar on my z but the ones I had I hated them and the bolts were stripped so I cut the wires and broke the lights off because they were just ugly (previous owner) and now I want to go back to oem for a kid bumper but now my blinkers are super fast and front ones don’t work

Poor tater... This is a beautiful holster, though I'm curious why it costs almost triple the standard holster they sell. The only difference seems to be the claw. I'm sure it has to do with hand-making the claw - but I'm sure there is a more economical option for it.

shell getting hung up or not enough space? might need to trim the tube spring a bit. If its getting hung up its because some plus extensions leave a small gap on the inside when screwed on flush and it wont fit flush with the original tube. If that makes sense. Im bad at explaining. But if its one of those aluminum ones it most likely has that gap.

Not a fan of your build for HD though : - You should be able to controle the light on/off at any moment without leaving the forend and you don't seem to be able to do that with this light. - If the saddle is very tight, wouldn't it be better to place the cartridges upward? They wouldn't fall and reloading would be faster. Your double taps are impressive!

Thank you so much for this video. I have the LMCO975ST model that looks very similar to this but doesn't have a sensor cook button. With a little experimentation though, I found out that holding down the "clear" and the "auto reheat" button got rid of that annoying sound that I've been living with far too long. Life is better. :)

I agree that it's NOT a big deal to see some air behind the trigger, BUT I also wish that the holsters covered up it up (AND it doesn't seem like it would be hard to do, right?). I normally like a 15 degree cant, so the WINGS are a bit too high with kydex holsters...but I can shave them down. ** My bodyguard 2.0 has a pretty pronounced mag-release button, so I like that my kydex holster covers it--but I am thinking of trying out a Kusiak and seeing if there's any issue with my body actuating the mag-release (I'm a big guy so there's a lot to press up against it).
