I was an oven when my daughter was baking and my Blargdarg was the baker
i just got this and i saw the movie in theater
This scene made ME gasp!! I don't....gasp!!! LOVE THIS MOVIE!!
I think about this scene at least once a year. It’s so fucking sweet and clever and romantic.
I'M GONNA FUCKING CRY, MAN 😢 THIS SOOO ADORABLE 😢
Sometimes I imagine life without women, only to find that it is worth nothing. You are the ones who give meaning to this life and make it livable
trade
Gotta admit, pretty romantic
This scene made me feel more than I’ve ever felt in any other romantic scene I’ve ever seen and I saw this when I was like 10 years old lol. Then for my last birthday, my boyfriend got me “flowers” (🍃) and I was like yup….he’s the one! Lol
This is accurate because in some families, a kid’s birthday party ends up being about the adults and not the birthday kid which is messed up.
I need Will Ferrell in more dramatic roles.
His genuine, straightforward nature shut down her sarcasm like LA traffic at rush hour. Beautiful dynamic!
This show is awesome
This is comedic genius and I just noticed the hand movements (I watched this show so many times and I always discover new things)
I love the word play. He’s awed by her, but he’s been odd. Auditor auditee relationship, great scene!
This is such an adorable scene 😍 ❤️
As a baker myself, this would 100% work for me
🙃 🧁
Eye know it seems strange but giving flowers to a woman very much effects them. I've seen it.
I love Maggie as Miss Pascal
I brought you flowers...her hair blows in the wind...all tears

One of the most under rated movies of all time....with one of the most romantic scenes in movie history...
He didn’t just melt her heart, he threw it in the sun
He baked it
@@ItCameFromTheSkyBeLo He. He. He… Nice!
I'm a writer, so puns are huge wins for me. The title of the movie intrigued me as well as the plot, and I'm usually a 50/50 sort of guy with Will's performances but this movie is a classic top ten for me. Definitely an underrated classic in so many ways
My favorite Will Ferrell movie by far and one of my favorite movies ever for sure.
As a writer, what other movies would you recommend?
This is the moment they connect because at one point in the movie they came off like 2 completely different people but the truth is they go together. From the beginning when he came into her shop up until that point, made for each other. This movie is legit af.
"farther" ..... women....
I fuckin love that movie. Just love it, the plot, the cast, the story they told. Amazing
I absolutely love this scene. It's so awkward and cute and the realization that it's flours instead of flowers just makes me smile.
"Hi" "Hi" ... "Hi" ... "Hi"
I love that as soon as he says the words, the whole tone of the scene changes, because that pun in that moment was bulletproof
Love this.
One of my favorite scenes of all time! Great acting for Maggie in this scene, you can see in a second she goes from hating him to I think falling in love with him. If Will Farrell can act like that. Why the funny, but fart joke movies.
Well, she liked him from before when she baked the cookies. That's why he says he's in a tragedy, he practically shot himself in the foot. 🤦♀️😂
@@samf.s8786 that's true
I hate Will Ferrell for not putting himself out there in drama movies more. He is SO GOOD at them.
@@itsrightbehindyouDefinitely, I wish he had made more movie like this one.
He can do both. I prefer him in movies like this, but I do like a Talladega Nights type too.
man i love Ellie she's so cute and funny
you mean erin?
Bruh this was dumb
So damn romantic
Are you desperately in need of a hacker in any area of your life? I have tried the @redhackpro on Instagram and I have confirmed their good work among all of these hackers out there. They helped me hack my cheating partner's phone I listened to all his calls, read his social media messages, you can also send him a whatsapp messages +1 937-815-1491 or email, hackprivate8@gmailcom.
I was in a really bad place emotionally because I had the suspicion my partner was cheating but I couldn’t confirm it, I decided to make my findings before accusing her of anything. I reached out to a close friend and she introduced me to @redhackpro on Instagram. He explained how he would grant me access to my partners’ phone without any suspicious activities. I was able to listened to all her calls, read her social media messages. You can also reach redhackpro on whatsapp +19378151491, Email hackprivate8 @gmail com

@@GhostShip94 It's not a stretch at all - It's called a spoonerism. Get educated.
I love how Maggie Gyllenhaal conveys her falling for him with her gasp/sigh after he tells her "i brought you flowers". Amazing scene and amazing actress. Will Ferrell is also spot on in this movie not being a clown. Also: great Movie, love it every time I watch it :)
great actress
Will Ferrell has this moment too. It’s right after the scene where the narrator explains the image from the leaper. She says that the serenity of the woman she believes comes from the “wind against her cheeks” pulling her face back and closing her eyes as she explains. In the next scene, he’s in the office of the human resource therapist, clouds as a backdrop. As the narrator monologues his feeling of the baker, he closes his eyes and takes a breath, and the clouds begin to move ever so slightly. - he’s falling for her.
How...surreal, really, that that carefree boy was also in the scene riding his bike, like a flower in a ghost garden himself :(
His game is on point.
This is powerfully sad to watch... poetic... I can get lost in its foreboding mood. Except "something bad" has already been here and gone...
Colin is just the master of these, and I never tire of it.
Any idea the name of the song? Thanks.
