I don’t really struggle with suicidal thoughts but I do struggle with self harm and depression it’s something that just started happening and I am a sophomore in high school I can tell you its also painful and I put my friends through pain seeing that hurt me and I try to get help but nothing works so I am honestly at a dead end and I also keep on relapsing cause my father is hell to be around

hey DJ, I hope you are doing alright! Don't ever think that better days are not ahead because they are. If you are having a bad day, a bad month, or even a bad year, that will not last forever even if it feels that way. Keep trying to find excitement in daily life and don't stop looking for positive people you can surround yourself with. You seem like a great person and I wish you the best going forward. Please don't give up. I want to see if I can help you in any way. I'm living in the U.S. I have two master's degrees and a PhD in Law. I have a 13-year-old daughter. She attempted suicide once and has harmed herself a couple of times. She said she lost interest in life. Minor things or a little irritation can frustrate or upset her. I don'tknow what direction we will end up in. Hope we can communicate at some point.
