This man did not deserve the ending he we went through before his passing he had all that energy he should have been able to share with us before his passing, but we never know what Richard was going through in his own life thank you for giving us a lifetime of memories Richard Simmons we will forever and always think of you

Well this was a more sane Richard Simmons than the older weird TV persona he became. A lot of the first 15 min is still accurate to science and something still highly relevant, not least in the US but also in Europe and other parts of the World. Although science hadnt got as far as today to realize fat is not really the big problem, but inactivity and high sugar intake. Its just sad Richard Simmons took another path than this more serious TV personality and went for the well, hard to take serious clown-show at least i have seen.

I am trying not to be sad, HE WILL BE MISSED VERY, VERY MUCH! He was a constant in my life & although I had never met him nor talked to him, his presence in his videos, many talk shows & I always had a crush on him. I don’t think I ever said that to anyone. He was a beautiful, loving man with a big huge heart of gold. I just found his address & was going to let him know WHAT he meant to me by his caring nature, but contacted covid for the 1st time in 2024 & hadn’t written that letter. I didn’t think of emailing . Trying not to blame myself for letting him know how awesome he was & how many times he made me feel important enough to care about myself. Although I have a loving husband and wonderful kids who are all adults & they love me no matter what, but hearing Richard say it just meant more because he knew what it felt like to feel different. I love myself now at age 58 because of Richard Simmons! He will always be in my heart and I will always watch the videos YOU POST of him . I will try & be the best ME that I can be. Thank you again! You are a leader just like Richard was! I am glad he had Theresa Rivelas, who was his friend, companion & kept his confidences as well as looked out for his best interests. She must be a wonderful woman if he cared & loved her that much. Rest in Peace Richard Simmons…YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. 🙏🏽🌻🥰🕊🕯~ Anita3kids

Good morning 🌄 I am brand new to your channel and I SO appreciate you creating such a great reaction channel. The Richard Simmons time capsule is just so fabulous. We went from carbs being healthy to an explosion 💥 of confusion and alienation of food groups and it doesn't have to be that way. What's helped me at night is protein. Having a hard boiled egg...Greek yogurt... something extremely low in carbs but extremely high in protein. I hope you have an amazing day ahead and thank you for creating. ❣️

I think they're fairly wrong about olives, especially black olives. They're high in mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats, the best kind that are very good for us.
