Can you advise where someone has studied in Canada and having completed school was able to apply for a post graduate work permit that was granted for 2 years. However that work permit is about to expire in a month’s time. An application is being prepared for the permanent residence and prior a profile had been submitted for Express Entry but has not yet received an Invitation to apply for PR. What are the options open to me as I currently have a job and financial commitments within Canada and would like to stay and work legally whilst my PR is processing. After thoroughly assessing my documents and experience, the company determined that I am a good match for the position, and I accepted the offer. I have since applied for a full time work permit, but I have not yet received a decision from IRCC.
