WELL THATS ALL NICE DANDY; BUT WHEN ITS ALL SAID AN DONE WHATS THE PRICE TAG ON THOSE SPECIALTY GLASSES...? I WARE TRIVOCALS WITH PRISIMS IN THEM AN LAST YEAR ALONE I HAD TO CHANGE MY LENSES 4 TIMES.... SO WILL NEED THE PRICE TAG IF I HAVE TO REDO THE LENSES EVERY TIME I TURN AROUND... IN 9/74 MY FACE HIT THE DASH AN SLIDE UP AN HIT THE WINDSHIELD SO MY NOSE IS ALL MESSED UP... THE BONE THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE UP CLOSER TO MY EYEBROW IS CLOSER TO THE MIDDLE OF MY EYE/NOSE CAVITY; SO THERE IS A HOLE WHERE BONE IS SUPPOSE TO BE, THIS MAKES IT VERY HARD FORM TME TO FIND A FRAME THAT WILL FIT MY NOSE SHAPE... I AM ALSO VERY LIGHT SENSITIVE SO WILL NEED A GRAGUAL GRAY TINT TO THE LENSES AS WELL... AN TRIED THE RUBBER BAN TRICK AN ALL THAT DID WAS MAKE MY EARS SORE... [[SO MUCH FOR THAT IDEA]] AGAIN I NEED A PRICE TAG AN WHEATHER I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK IF THEY DONT FIT CORRECTLY ON MY FACE... I LIVE IN OK. AN LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME SO ITS UP IN THE AIR IF YOUR COMPANY WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE ME SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST MORE THAN A FEW YEARS.

I’m hoping I can get glasses that fit like yours for me in australia. I’m always struggling with glasses cause I have high cheekbones and low nose bridge. I wear wire frame so move the nose pieces out and then I get a lot of pressure on my nose, the glasses slide down a lot I’m always pushing them up. I’m going to go explore see if I can find glasses that have the deeper nose pieces you pointed out

For people with flat noses, glasses tend to sit lower on the face. Not a problem with low prescription single vision lenses. However, with higher prescriptions and multifocals, how high or low the frame sits matters. To make the frames sit higher on the face, I suggest applying adhesive nose pads onto the existing nose pads to raise the glasses on the face.

SO FAR: NO channel that says its got a cure is giving you one. Hear is what I have gathered that seems to work. 1. Boil some water or microwave till hot to kill anything in the water. Get rid of the chemicals in your tap water I think is the reason. 2. Tea, the Tannin in the tea helps. Steep the tea as usual, by then the water will be cool enough to use as a compress. 3. Ad Salt water if you have it or just salt, UNTIL YOU CAN FEEL IT and not burn your eye, so use a little at a time, stir till the salt in the TEA WATER. I Recommend 1/4 tea spoon at a time added until you can tolerate the salt added. IF you have an Aloe plant, put a half teaspoon of the gel in there it will help heal like it does with burns and itll sooth the eye and help moisture rise it. Make sure its 100 aloe and not some skin care bottle you have laying around. KEEP THE TEA AND USE ALL DAY FOR THE COMPRESS. Keep on the counter or near your bed for use or fridge if you want it cooler. Once cup should last if your using a compress. Maybe 2 cups if your using a wash method. 4. DO BOTH THE EYES, BECAUSE IT WILL SPREAD. SO GET IT OUT ALL AT ONCE! Put the tea on a compress and hold over eye a few minutes. I RECOMMEND USING COTTON EYE MAKE UP REMOVER ROUNDS, you can toss the after every use. OR use a bunch of wash clothes and wash them after. DONT REUSE ANYTHING BECAUSE IT THEN IS CONTAMINATED. ... ... DUH! lol 5. If you have a shot glass us that as the compress method and clean the shot glass after every use. The shot glass is small and round enough to put a wee bit of pressure around the eye to keep water in and not hurt your eyeball. Toss out that liquid and clean. 6. Now the tricky part is clean everything you touch. Because this is contagious, big time. Most will be a No-duh and some will be...light bulb on! All door handles, both sides. light switches. cabinet and fridge handles, all handles. most touched items with your hand. REMOTE CONTROLS. COMPUTER KEYBOARDS AND MICE. car. door handle, steering wheel. light switches and turning. gear shifts. radio, etc. things you touch all the time. just sit in your car and it will come to you. lol. Bed sheets and PILLOW CASES OF ALL SORTS, EVEN those on your sofa you laid your head on. STAY HOME TILL ITS GONE. YOUR CONTAGIOUS. 7. FOR LUCK! Hope this helps. Very informative, your presentations was comforting to follow. You didn't mention if you have heard of others saying there is a sensation that something is in your eye, it's not crippling but it rates high on the scale of pestering your routine with this unwelcomed pattern disruption. I'm leaning towards your recommendation with the "Refresh Plus". Thank you again for the post! BTW I havenever scene a nice looking face that is fitted with the absolute perfect eye glasses. You can be reassured I have an eye (no pun intended) to judge.

The adhesive on those stick-on pads doesn't last long and they fall off after a couple weeks,even sooner if they're left in a car in warm weather.

That was helpful, thanks. Though my problem is a bit different... I'm mixed race, but with a relatively European nose... mostly. The bridge is just a bit too narrow for regular frames to sit where they are supposed to. The spot where my nose is wide enough is just a bit closer to the face, so my cheeks will touch the frame, as will my eyelashes. I currently have a pair with a 16 bridge and it works, but good luck finding something like that in Europe. Especially when you want something of a bit higher quality.
