Take note of the fire hydrant. That is public easement. He could have gone that far in. They do not own the fire hydrant. Cop was good all around but I'm pissed he needed to see if you had ever been on the property. Never did these owners tell you to leave so it is inconsequential. You broke no laws.

Other than the cop not quite understanding that the auditors goal was for him NOT to violate his rights, but instead do exactly what he did! This is how all cops should behave when they get calls for suspicious behaviour but have no proof of a crime being committed. Other cops watching should see this one and follow his amazing example.
