Where can I get the nozzle cover file
I like your channel! Can I ask you what your IPM and amps where for the cut? I assume that was 14gauge?
Yes. 14g. 130ipm
45 amp
Looking good.
Thanks 👍
Looking good
Thanks 👍
Great job! Keep it up! Hoping to get one for my business soon as well
Ive had .y crossfire pro for 2 yrs and still havent figured out how to program it so i can cut out stuff apparently you need a computer degree to make it work
It's hard sometimes
Why would you even have a water table If you're gonna keep the water level that low, it does nothing for smoke.
It is low. I'm not worried about a little smoke. Water makes a mess when it is full. My shop is well vented. Thanks for your concern
what cut chart are you using?
I'm not. Using my own chart
seems a little slow....you getting lots of dross on the back?
That's 3/16 at 55 ipm. No dross at all
I just put in a deposit for this same table. I'm just curious what are you using for an air system?
I'm using a 2 stage quincy 60 gal with air dryer
How long have you had this system and have you gad any problems with it?
I've had it about 9 months. No issues
Nice work. How are you liking the langmuir systems crossfire xr table? I’m thinking of buying one. Would your recommend it? If you could do it over would you buy it again or look at something else?? Keep up the great work!!!
Thanks. I love this machine and would buy it all over again
Hi I'm new to Plasma and I just received my XR table last month finished setting it up and my first wasn't that bad but ,I would like to know the following configures, what was your Kerf Width ,Feed rate ,Pierce delay, Pierce height ,Plunge rate ,Cut Height and did you use leadin/leadout ?
Hey where did you get and or what did you use for the splash/spatter guard on the torch end? I had the same idea just haven't gotten around to it.
Kitchen Funnel, Techops Set of 2 Funnels for Filling Bottles, Food Grade Silicone Collapsible Funnel, Foldable Kitchen Funnels for Water Bottle Liquid Powder Transfer a.co/d/e7nAEqZ
Do you run this as a hobby or are you running a business with it? How long do you think it'll take you to pay back this machine?
I do this as mostly a hobby but I can make as much money as I want. I stay busy probably more than I want but I enjoy it. If you advertise you should pay it off quick. I don't advertise because I want some free time
@@magnoliametalworks7829 Sounds good. You pretty satisfied with the machine itself? I see you have Magnolia in your name, are you from Mississippi? I live in a small town in north MS.
Yes. I live in Central Mississippi
@@magnoliametalworks7829 Sweet. So i assume you're pretty happy with your machine so far? Anything you'd caution someone about before buying one?
@Anthony Hardin I' haven't had any issues with my machine. My biggest problem was learning the software. If you haven't had and experience with cad/ cam software you should try to learn it before you purchase the machine (fusion 360 and inkscape)
Awesome. When can I borrow your machine. This really came out nice.
Just come on over and you can use it. Lol
Great, now do it again without the incorrect apostrophe in “The Longs”
Done right the first time
What are you running for plasma cutter? Fine cut or regular tip, just got my XR other day but will take a bit to assemble and get shop ready
I'm running a razorweld with regular tip
How long did you have to wait to get your table? I've placed an order about a month ago.
@@norcal4871 I think it was about 2 months
Turned good man.
Thanks
I really want a table, I was set on the PRO but I may even try looking into the Crossfire with XL kit. I'm not sure how easy it will be to pay my table off since I live in a small town but can give it a shot. Looks good.
Nice work. I'm getting mine ( XR ) this week. At what speed are cutting and what are the best selling items for you at this moment?
I'm cutting 3/16 mild steel at 55ipm. Signs are my best seller. Most of my signs are 14 gauge and I cut them at 100 to 120 ipm
Just so you know I can cut 3/16 @ 100 ipm but I get no dross at 55ipm
Ok, nice thanks for the info. I'm retired from welding and was looking for a side hustle to pay bills, you know, and after a lot of research decided to go with crossfire XR. Lest hope I made the right choice.
Man that’s awesome! Great job.
Thanks!
how much do you usally charge for a job like that?
I think this one $140
@@magnoliametalworks7829 $140 design and material included? Eesh. Not a lot of meat there.
Thinking of getting one. Would you recommend this machine? How long was the delivery after you placed your order? Thanks for posting.
I love this machine and would recommend it. It took me about 2 months to get it but I think Shipping was a little tough back when I got mine
@@magnoliametalworks7829 thanks for the response 👍
how long did you waited for the plasma table to be deliver, and at wat speed are you cutting this project? I'm still waiting for my table already 30 days in.
I waited about 2 months. I'm cutting 110 ipm on 14 gauge
Nice WhatsApp is the tikness?
14 gauge
I appreciate your content!! Do not waste your time = 'Promo sm' !
I dont understand what do you mean
are you using the fusion 360 or a different software.
I use sheetcam and inkscape
Awesome
Thanks
Are you designing these yourself?
I do some but not all
That’s awesome
Thanks
what plasma machine are you using?
Razorweld 45
@@magnoliametalworks7829 thank you. Looks good
Thanks.
What are your cut specs? (Cut speed, amps, pierce delay etc).
I'm cutting 14 gauge 100 ipm .75 peirce delay .08 cut height. About 35 amps and 75psi
@@magnoliametalworks7829 awesome. Thank you!!

Sweeeet nice job 👍
How long have you owned this table? I'm getting closer to ordering one myself. The problem is my shop would get built till a few more months but want to order before I use the money I saved up.
I bought it in June of this year. I'm really enjoying it.
