For he commands his angels with regard to you, to guard you wherever you go. With their hands they shall support you, lest you strike your foot against a stone.
3:20 I like how even the way the text transition changes from immediate replacement to fading out, Letting you know something's changed even if you missed the brief angel flash,
People who noticed it said hell on earth with a waited hole picture
The fact of humans being converted into cybermen is far more scary and unnerving than anything else. Far more frightening.
This is really great, but the computer nerd in me would have done the text differently. Typing and backspacing looks too human, even if it would be what the BBC may have done at the time. I'd have done it more like a terminal readout with updates to an action on the same line, but new events on a new line, like: Initiating system check... Checking life support - Online Checking vision sensors - Online Checking auditory sensors - Online Checking tactile sensors - Online Checking motor systems - Online Checking speech synthesis - WARN Checking pain inhibitor - WARN Checking emotion inhibitor - FATAL Multiple warnings and/or errors detected! Requesting immediate repair Cold Cold Cold Requesting immediate repair This is not my body Etc. I know that looks like a big complaint, but it's really only me being too nerdy for my own good. I still really like this and it gives me all the right feels for a Cyberman!
Feels like some demented company propaganda video that they show to their employees, very cool.
I wish I had been born in the year of 1954 instead of been born 15 years later, in 1969
I thought the cybernetic parts were grafted onto your body, not the other way around?
@@backerthehacker3700 it’s different for certain types of Cybermen. The Mondasian Cybermen were moreso what you described, but the Cybus Cybermen just took the brains and shoved them into a suit of armor
Cybermen analogue horror is literally the best fucking idea I’ve ever heard. Love it.
The Cybermen are awesome villains for Dr Who.
is the Seekers videos on the channel also related to Doctor Who or separate?
@@dxctr_master they’re completely separate
This is so sick ur so talented! I feel so unnerved lolol! (I’d love to see Doctor Who incorporate an analogue horror element to it, esp if they bring back smth like Torchwood, where u can easily do these darker horror like plots)
Can you make more of these please
Taking notes
Dude after finishing the new season this is gonna be the thing I watch (Also wanna see daleks:)
*Kate, head in her hands, a glass of whiskey on her desk beside a mostly empty bottle, Osgood visible in the bg replacing the file with footage from 'Meet the Kardashians' (even Angels have their limits for torture)* : "You specifically typed out the warning about images. Word for word. You spelled out the vital, deadly warning about IMAGES OF THE ANGELS, checked it over to make sure it was factually correct and presentable, and then you put it next to THE IMAGE OF AN ANGEL, THAT YOU *ALSO* INCLUDED, and at no point did you stop and think "hang on a second..."????" "I have no words. I'm having you examined by a doctor - no, by THE Doctor, because something is clearly wrong with your eyes, or your *brain* ."
Oh my gosh, The audio, the visuals, the ***presentation!***; im shocked at how much this series has improved! We had a peak at this last episode but i never imagined it would get this good! I'm very interested to see where this story goes and hope it just as much love and attention as the cybermen series and more
This whole video is very good, but i especially like how greenie gives me with hope and fear in equal measure
Beautiful. I'm very interested to see where this story goes
Cybermen could be so much more terrifying. If only their potential got used more.
You should do an analog horror of the doctor but if he was insane
So the valeyard?
this is SUCH a sick idea
Only thing that would've made this any better is the repeated phrase used by the Cybermen: "You will become like us". But this is still something amazing. Did not expect to find Doctor Who analog horror.
Hmmmm my purpose is to applaud you for making such an epic and slay the day away series
Oh this is so awesome
Sign me Up
Am I really the only one who would genuely like to be a cyberman? Idk how to explain why, but it feels right
I've always belived that the Cybermen are some of Doctor Who's best antagonists when done right, and this really nails perfecty everything I love about especially their earlier appearances. Very very well done.
doctor:well you better come in cybermen: EAHH OOOH AGHHH
Guy who makes the UNIT training tapes: meh I put a jpeg of a weeping angel in there so our troops know what to look out for Kate Lethbridge-Stewart: **you did what**
"ITS LOOSE" Grug gif
Never watched the show but this is good
I suggest you give it a watch!
i like the idea of a weeping angel taking over a training tape
this is such a cool concept. i grew up watching dr who so i'm excited to see what u come up with next!
I love it
THIS! THIS IS WHAT I WANT! dude, cyborg Analog Horror is exactly what i want to see. I dunno if this counts as that as it doesn't have the infomercial feel or such, but i LOVE THIS. Please, more, i'll sub. Transhumanism horror is so underrated.
WE NEED MORE AH ABOUT CYBORGS! Hell yes dude! you are giving me EXACTLY what i been wanting for a long time! Cyborgs like the Cybermen, the Strogg and Borg are so RIPE for Analog Horror like content and people keep focusing on alien organic diseases or such. It is cool, but i want to see bio-mechanical monsters outside of Freddy Fazbear like stuff. I am kind of writing on a idea about this right now, so thanks dude! I genuinely hope more stuff like this is done for others and maybe you. Thanks, thanks, i so hope other creators look at the beauty and terror of bionics for Analog Horror as it seems underutilized a concept.
OH MY GIDDY AUNT
You are doing god's work. You should become the main writer of doctor who tbh.
LETS GO DOCTOR WHO ANALOG HORROR
Amazing work, I've never watched Doctor Who, but now I think I will give it a try.
I could imagine the Doctor finding this video on a hard drive in an abandoned laboratory in the distant future of Earth.
does anyone know what the text in the bottom left at 0:46 and 0:52 says?
sus
Damn are this and the other one lovely.
After watching the Ultimate Upgrade video, this one showed up in my Recommended! This is so cool. Awesome work on the use of imagery and composition to show the differences between the system versus the former human. Keep it up!
Ever since I was a child, I’ve actually really wanted to have my brain and nervous system placed in a robot body- I was a huge fan of the old Astro Boy manga and cartoon (which I do admit haven’t aged very well in some regards) and pretty much anything with mechs in it. So this concept is very cool to me. I think that this video is very well done! I’d love to see more Cybermen analogue horror. Maybe this is my sign to start watching Doctor Who.
I’d highly recommend you watch the series
@@S.E.A.4 Awesome! I’ve been wanting to watch it for a while, and considering how intriguing the Cybermen are, I think I’ll check it out EDIT: Grammar
"From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me."
@@vacuoustruth8419 “I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the Blessed Machine.”
@@SabikHipparcos "Your kind cling to your flesh, as though it will not decay and fail you."
Doctor Who _and_ analog horror? What a very interesting concept combination, yes indeed.
These are absolutely chilling, I would love to see more! Do you think you could try other monsters like the Weeping Angels?
you should do one with mondasian cybermen
The music is scary
