@@ognamboy, I should definitely tell you my ultra league team that I like using that has gotten me a lot of wins. Buzzwole on the lead, Registeel as the safe swap, and Regirock in the back.

I would use a shadow if I had a good one!

Tbh I feel like it should be like other competitive games where we can just play as much as we want

I wouldn’t personally. It hits a lot less hard and it’s really important in certain matchups like against medicham to have the shadow.

Haha yeah, I’ve definitely been there where I’ve tried a content creator team and not done so well! Sometimes metas shift or the team doesn’t click with you and you don’t play it optimally. This team can be hard to use as charizard is squishy and you have to know it’s limits/when to save shields, and you also have to safe swap charizard against certain leads as opposed to the noctowl

If it’s powder snow you stay in with medi and play out the matchup. I usually call the dazzling gleam bait as 80% of the time it is. If it’s charm I swap into charizard and bait out a possible steel type in the back, farm it down with medi and then have a lot of energy ready for the ninetails. I just went back and checked my battles and I’m 4-2 against a9 lead just today ;)

Charizard has a much higher attack stat by about 10 points, so it will always win CMP!
