Bill Scott was self-effacing about his pre-Ward vocal work.

This may be Bill Scott's most dramatic role ever. It's interesting how he has onscreen credit for his voice acting here but not for his work for Jay Ward. If I recall correctly, being already credited as a producer, he wanted to look more modest.

When I was a kid in the mid-2000s, I used to have this cartoon on a DVD of public domain Popeye cartoons. This is the only one I remember for some reason. I think I still have that disc somewhere. That DVD was one of two PD cartoon DVDs I had back then. The other was a Woody Woodpecker DVD with Pantry Panic on it.

This cartoon appeared on Futurama and became a little famous because no one knew where it was, good thing it's still here on RUclips
