Hello Tonette, do I have to registered and upload all the requirements to the BAI before sending the Health certificate from vet to the USDA. Cuz what i did was My vet sent my Dog Health Certificate to the USDA first. And once I received the endorsement of the USDA I will submit all the requirements to the BAI. Where did you upload your file for the Undertaking for Foreign Importers? We did the BAI application but didn’t see it listed under documents to be uploaded; it only prompted us to upload proof of microchips, vaccinations and deworming, photos of pets, and passport. There was none for NAOU or Undertaking for Foreign Importers.

The video was uploaded 2 years ago now BAI has 14 days of health certificate before the flight going to Philippines kaya medyo worried ako if mabilis ba sila mag approved ng mga application to bring furbabies sa pinas.

I've been on the BAI site a few times. My only question about the application is on the Philippines address portion what do you put for "Company?" It's says all fields are necessary, so I have no clue and can't find an answer for the company field.

I just took my dog to PH.(11/7/2023) 1) affidavit no longer required. I am US citizen. 2) I flew China air with a purposely oversized kennel for my 22 month poodle. Cost was $350 from SFO. I flew from Florida and the best I could do for a pet in baggage was Alaska air (not many US carriers fly with pets in baggage any longer. Cost was $150. I spent a day in SFO airport hotel to allow dog to recuperate. 3)the USDA certificate is only valid for 10 days prior to departure. So be sure not to get too early. 4) be sure you have an interstate USDA certificate if you are doing a connecting flight in USA like I did. Alaska air checked. 5) I checked with Taiwan animal quarantine prior to leaving…there was no requirement for transit visa in Taiwan. Be sure to check with other countries if you are connecting through them. 6) the PH animal quarantine people were quite nice, and the checkout process was simple. Cost was 405 PHP. They did check for the ISO implant tag via hand held scanner. Best wishes

How long did it take for you to receive the health certificate after your vet submitted it to USDA for stamping?

My N-400 interview was canceled on Jan 5th and still hasn't been scheduled, however when checked my uscis online account it shows 23 days to be scheduled, not sure if this is accurate. I'll know in a few weeks.

He only ask me 3 questions

I took my interview 06/20/2023 I pass it then they said they can’t make a decision yet so on 06/21/23 than I have a update saying oath ceremony notice was mailed then it’s said I’m waiting on 30 day to get the mail so that mean I’m aprovel
