For people reading the comments, disregard the rating for biomuntant, the game is shit, and hard-core pushes the narrative of (nuclear energy bad, humans bad, animals good).. it legit feels like a few green peace members threw together a few $ and decided to make a propaganda game, but didn't put much effort into it. They advertise "look at all these cool vehicles you can get" then proceed to lock the to small zones on the map, not letting you use them outside their designated areas... I give it a maybe 2/10... maybe, though tempted to just go 1/10...

Another way to know the difference is that in hack and slash games you can force yourself on the enemies rather than having to wait for them to do their routine while you parry/dodge every attack in their routine. If you have to wait your turn to attack then it's not hack and slash.
