My theory is the titanic breaks right before it gets to a 90 degree angle so it looks like it doesn't break but it does, when the stern touches the water the stern falls and sinks.

Another theory. Something about the mid-expansion joints being one of the main causes of Titanic's break-up. Something to do with their shape. Not my theory.

Question about the forward tower in your theory, does it detach at the surface or below the surface during the descent? If it had detached at the surface it would have landed in the hypocenter(which it didn't), if it had detached below the surface it would have landed outside the hypocenter like it did in reality. I'm asking because it's hard for me to see because of the realistic lighting.
