I wrote this song as a tribute to my new home in Co. Wexford, Ireland.
Wexford is such a beautiful place; with breathtaking views of mountains, sandy sea shores, a passion for traditional music and a history of courage and rebellion. Most of all, you will get the friendliest welcome from neighbours and strangers alike.
