@alathreon8315 carting at the start is a time loss so i cart when waiting for the next monster to spawn. This is also a 1 faint quest so i have to play around safeguard and insurance.

The thing is, I wouldn't mind this move in a vacuum. Weapon can have bad moves, I literally do not care that SnS has Guard Slash to screw with your backstep. The issue I have is that people will say IG is a low DPS weapon but continue to spam this thing and wonder why they still don't do damage despite other moves existing that perform better in both function and DPS. That's honestly what gets me the most. I see this move as a noob trap due to how flashy and attractive and "fun" it is which then results in this thing being spammed to the detriment of other players in the party for reasons of dead weight and erratic monster aggro and potentially even in the improvement aspect of the player himself due to sticking with this "fun" move and was happy with its exclusion to avoid this, so seeing it back again naturally irritates me. Once again I'm hoping that they actually do something to make this move useful, but based on past experience, what I think of the move design wise as a 3 second commit that forces you in one direction with a lack of precision in your hits, and how it performs in relation with the rest of the moveset I am not optimistic.

Cuz it's now not fun/enjoyable to those called themselves "IG main" doesnt mean the weapon is bad, yes i like high speed weapon also doesnt mean other weapon like GS is suck or bad, that's 2 different things LOL, the reason this franchise still "alive" cuz it's keep moving forward not go backward, ☝🤓"but capcom did listen to fan and changed it back, it's not [go-backward]"..... duh ofc they gonna listen, after all Wilds aims for global fan includes World-onlyfan, ofc they gonna do "everything" make everyone please *it doesnt surprise me when they really changed it back cuz those ppl go around internet and crying for weeks, ofc they need to bring it's back =)))

@@azzygl You know, maybe you would figure out how to use the move effectively if you spent more time with it. Your comment about the lack of precision shows that you likely don't have much practice with it. Rise showed that SJAS can be good, aerial can be good. And the current footage suggests Wilds aerial will be more like Rises where it ends up closer to where grounded IG does rather than a tier down (which is still far from bottom of the bin by the way). Even using just aerial is far from the bottom of the weapon list as far as output goes in World and especially so in Rise. The idea that players spamming this move are doing effectively no damage is a huge assumption, and not one based in experience with the weapon itself. If you're so concerned with effectively the weapon choice of other players, I don't know what to tell you. It's not any better than kicking someone for playing Lance because of its low ouput, which is very obviously highly toxic behavior. This is my problem with the whole "helicopter is a noob trap it deals no damage and you only press 2 buttons". None of it is true, yet it gets parroted around so much people who aren't well informed don't bother to question it.

It is indeed comparatively difficult to optimize damage with this thing in comparison to other weapons
