Hello!
In this channel I will give tips and tutorials regarding cake decorating and cakes.
Subscribe, like and share! I would appreciate it very much.
I started with modelling with fondant and make cakes in March 2021, I had NO idea about modelling or cakes at all.
I made my first cake for my sons birthday and I learned from there because my interest for it was high.
I am self taught and I am still learning.
Now I want to share my work and what I have learned to you guys:-)

Chocolate, nutella mousse cake😍No gelatin #easydessert
Bottom
100 gram salted butter ( 0.44 cup)
60 gram walnuts (½ cups)
100-120 gram granulated sugar ( ½ cups)
125 gram oats (1.5 cups)
1 tablespoon vannelin sugar
4-6 tablespoon ganache (to mix in)
Filling
250 gram whipped cream (1 cup)
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
60-70 gram nutella (or 4 tablespoon )
2 tablespoon ganache
Ganache
0.43 cup whipped cream
100 gram dark chocolate (55% cocoa) 3.5 ounces
½ teaspoon espresso instant coffee powder
100 gram salted butter ( 0.44 cup)
