The HIV Stigma Index was developed through a partnership between the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and the Global Network of People Living with HIV (GNP ), the International Community of Women Living with HIV (ICW) and the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS).
