How much gram of yarn did it take

The perfectionist in me is so devastated bc I was listening to the pattern so when I came back I realized there was a typed correction and I did the ribbing with the sc and not slip stitch. It doesn’t make a huge difference but I know 😭

I even place stitch markers to be sure I’m putting it in the right places. What am I doing wrong?

the way you start the project with a row of sc into the chain then a second row of sc in the back loop makes starting the thermal stitch MUCH easier than when I've watched others do it and ended up doing it too. I'm going to immediately start doing it your way. Thank you
