This video is showing a unique way to decorate this Halloween with the Govee Neon rope! (32’). I have mounted the Neon Rope in a spiral design in our kitchen, with the help of cheese cloth and tacks! With the accompanying light strips under the counter tops and cabinets, we really set the tone for the Halloween spirit. Come see! 😈

Hey all! This is a non informational video, however I’m just showing a new product not yet released. @@mikecampbell6880 I said I like to install my LIGHTS 4” from the wall. Is the light at the edge of the 2x4? No! The light is about 1/2”-3/4”! AFTER THE BOARD. hahahaha tell me you can’t understand what I said. Hahahaha 🙄 maybe put that credit card away and use your brain 🧠 😂👍

Looks great. Quick heads up for those following.. A 2x4 is not 4", but rather 3.5".
@@srspirofl sure, everyone knows the true size of a 2x4. I said I like to install my LIGHTS 4” away. Seeing as the light is almost exactly 1”, the light is exactly in the middle, which would make what, the light 1/2” more than the 2x4. TRUE SIZE, that would make the light exactly 4” away from the wall. That’s exactly what I said. So go listen again. Thanks 😊

For 130$ its not bad
@@chrisd2p2they are $130 normally 🙀 I don’t really have a recommendation. Most other projectors are about the same quality and perform the same. This one is better than the standard ones I’ve seen, however the performance at larger distances is lacking. I wouldn’t buy this personally at the current price.
Govee just had a sale and I ordered one for $77. So about 40% off I had a star shower that ended up stop working. Hopefully it’s an upgrade and if nothing else has a few more options.

I see you are a Govee lover too! I JUST got this kit today, my first time using these. I got the 7 kit, and it looks like you and I have the same exact textured wall! So how did you get yours to stick so well? Do you have any tips for me? All of my other Govee products are easy-- the stick light in the corner, a snake light I draped near the ceiling, one I have draped outside along my deck, I have the floodlights and the spotlights, and I love all of my Govee products. A few of their lightbulbs are here too-- sometimes I get a free 'smart' bulb via an amazon deal, but they never compare to Govee's lights. Oh, I also have their outdoor LED string lights, and I have some indoor lights, a 4 pack, that I got and forgot about, because my Mom died. Damn. I just went down a rabbit hole, didn't I? Sorry. Anyways, your setup looks amazing! I bet it dazzles your mind! Almost forgot--I just received their new Govee Desklamp 2, and it is fantastic what it can do! I highly recommend one, if you don't have one yet. It's really nice!!! So, any tips for me on getting mine to stick so well? It would be a shame to have spent over $200 just to have them come crashing down in the middle of the night and scaring the hell out of me!

Do both boxes sync uo together?
@@prestonknott4708 sync how? I couldn’t get them both on one power supply. At max with this model you can get up to 150’ on one power supply. So I had 150’ on one power supply and the remaining 50’ on another. I did sync them together as a group on Govee home so I can control them at the same time.

Do you leave the switch on at all times or a smart switch
@@Bilboftheshire I do leave the switch on all the time, and I have automation set up through the Govee app so it turns on and off at certain times 👍
Can't you just use the app for this? I don't get what it would be needed for if you have the app on your phone.
@@Musicadeitalia example. If I wanted to change 8 of my outside devices to the forest scene, I’d have to go to each individual device and change them 1 by 1. You can group these different devices together through the app alone, but it’s only basic controls and scenes are not an option. Now, with this sync box, I can go to it and change all my outdoor devices to forest in one click. You don’t “need” it but for simplicity and time saving purposes this device is meant for that 💯

Nice Voltage Test but unsafe. Always use 2 Pole Voltage tester for security reasons. The induction is nice to follow cables but not for testing is the wired touchable. What about the ground wire? It makes no sense to connect it to the screw while whole Plate isnt connected do Earthpotential. Its Ourddor so some waterresistance would be nice , especially if there is no "Earthing". Please dont do things this way, if you have no clue what you are doing, ask someone with electrical knowlege. Better safe than sorry.

You would have to asses if doing that would leave it open to water getting into it, unless you have the light covered from weather extremities.
Was the corner hard to connect?
@@ElevatedVehicles not at all! Each set comes with a wall transfer wire and it allows the bending of a corner to connect between two Y lights.
I think that is what he was trying to show us at the 0:06, how the connectors bend.
