So my my TikTok fyp things I like the marauders (probably cause I’m gay and like David Bowie lol) but I actually never got into it. Now very late to the party this video was really really good to have an overview and a good start to get into the whole fandom. So yeah I guess I’ll read some fanfictions now

My own hypothesis is that people weren't hyped by Twilight but by all the supernatural, vampire-werewolf stuff. I clocked that R.A.B. was him because Sirius had talked about him, the same way I clocked Dumbledore’s brother when we got him. (Mostly because family ties and brotherhood and the juxtapositions of blood family and found family are the entire infrastructure of the saga.)

Regarding more marauders content, would you take under consideration doing a detailed explanation of all the ships? For me, personally, I get lost the second ships show up shipping Orion with Monty and Walburga with Effie etc. and also, lets not kid ourself there are so many ships in this fandom I get extremly overwhelmed and sometimes ask myself how much incest it would technically be

to add onto regulus, he had like one direction-esque voldemort clippings all over his bedroom because he longed to be part of the cause. the only reason he tries to get the horcrux is because he does it for kreature (his friend). he is still fully into blood purity. i think everyone in yhis fandom is so creative and cannon isnt always cannon (the cursed child), however, i think theres so much stuff to learn about other characters that can be inferred from actual cannon whilst ignoring real cannon to add depth to characters (like reggie). like bella realistically was fully groomed (he was like 40 when he met bellatrix, 17, and tried to "bring her to his cause") its so weird. also, narcissa is maybe not agreeing wholly with the blood purity aspect but she's marrying a malfoy she CANT run away because she's marrying a man who also agrees with it. they were incredibly close siblings (parentified child bellatrix). the black sisters are so deeply left behind because misogyny is rampant in the fandom (it makes me want to scream, i beg for wxmen in fics/the fandom not to just be "im girl, girl who is in aid of these queer mlm ships, wxman, girl" and have like character
