Not that I’m sitting here waiting for you to drop something…….. great filming tips as usual Ian. Went to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park on Sunday and didn’t check before… no drones allowed unless agreed before hand. Got great shots with my Pocket 3 but would have been elevated if I had watched this first AND brought my monopod!!! Keep at it.

An upgrade to a better screwdriver cures the propellor problem.

Aminha dúvida e se eu consigo usar o óculos DRONEMASK 2 em um drone mini4 pro usando o rádio controle pró? Pois esse controle não a necessidade de celular pois já a uma tela embutida nele. Como eu poderia usar esse óculos mesmo com um controle desse. Obrigado

Just ran across your channel and found it very informative and extremely entertaining. I’ve also just recently upgraded from my mini 2 to the mini 4 pro, phenomenal technological advances between the two. Ironically, the purchase process was just as you suggested. No Amazon, local PUB, sorry, I meant local computer/ drone shop… Question though, how did you waterproof your mini 4 / RC 2 to be able to do upgrades in the shower ??? 😅

We’ve been spoiled with DJI being the ‘Bench Mark’ for any and all consumer and prosumer drones in the world today. The Potensic would compete quite well with the original DJI Mini. It’s unfortunate that original Mini was released five years ago.

I jump from mini 3 pro to mini 4 pro and you have right that drone is perfect. It was only by changing the drones that I could see how imperfect the mini 3 was. It should be the mini 3 pro right away, maybe dji cuts the cake in half and makes twice the money on the same thing, who knows...

Thank you for the advice. And by the way, if you want your drone to be red to scare birds away, a cooler way to do it is to buy one of those custom drone skins.

So true... After watching many "Auditors" videos I was so impressed with the Mini4 Pro I brought one. After registering for operator ID, obtaining insurance and although not needed also a flyer ID for some extra knowledge, I set off into the English countyside for my first proper test flight. As I took off from a public footpath I could hear DJ Audits soundtrack in my head and just waited for people in high viz jackets to jump out at me from the hedges and shout "not allowed, I'm calling the police". After about 5 mins two cyclists went past me and said ...... nothing, not a word!

Master Air Screw Stealth Propellers. More durable, quieter. Worth the $15 investment. The stock DJI propellers are overly fragile.

I like the gimble down shot and the way the down draught moved the leaves. Will be trying that one. Great cinematic video. Thanks for sharing.

Great video, just got my Mini 4 and looking to try evening / night time shots. Head out to the Runcorn Bridge, Albert Dock and Pier Head. The only thing I’m panicking about is the distance, how do you find the distance, any issues around Liverpool…. Great video thanks

I’ve been thinking about the Mist filter for a few months now and finally pulled the trigger on a Freewell Snow Mist filter. It arrived today so, this evening, I took it out for a spin on my drone to capture the Illuminations. Got to say, with the limited testing, I’m impressed with the results. I may even keep the filter on full time. Still not used any of my DJI ND filters. I don’t see the need for them when I’m up in the air. I was a bit shocked at the price of £30 for a piece of glass half the size of my little fingernail. It was also good to watch this episode again. I learned a few more tips as well.

Another tip for you, number your batteries (1, 2, 3 etc). I do it for my drone and GoPro. By always starting with No. 1 and rotating through to the next lowest number, it's easy to keep track of the ones you've used and are charging.
