Ciao Checco, ho avuto stesso problema, sostituito dopo quasi 2 anni, e poi dopo altri 2 anni si è ripresentato il guasto. Soltanto che l'ho smontato dalla parte della pompa ( scheda di controllo) e si son tranciati i finali del'avvolgimento. Tenterò con microscopio di risaldarli e di fare il semplice refill ed eliminare le bolle d'aria.. Purtroppo sto modello è proprio bast@r**!

I had the same problem about 2 years after purchase and followed this video. The noise stopped and it worked perfectly for about a month after which the problems started again. Better not to drill the security screw use small flat screw driver and small hammer to tap the screw driver.

Наверняка зазор исключет физическую поломку керамического нагревательного элемета при неточной геометрии остальных деталей, и прочей деформации. Вот у основания надо чем-то герметизировать, потому что окалина с жала попав в корпус паяльника может вызвать замыкание внутри схемы.
