    Ciao Checco, ho avuto stesso problema, sostituito dopo quasi 2 anni, e poi dopo altri 2 anni si è ripresentato il guasto. Soltanto che l'ho smontato dalla parte della pompa ( scheda di controllo) e si son tranciati i finali del'avvolgimento. Tenterò con microscopio di risaldarli e di fare il semplice refill ed eliminare le bolle d'aria.. Purtroppo sto modello è proprio bast@r**!

    I had the same problem about 2 years after purchase and followed this video. The noise stopped and it worked perfectly for about a month after which the problems started again. We think there may be a very small and slow leak in the radiator, do you know what to do and did you have the same issue or has the cooler been working perfectly since this repair?

      I was forced to open it to remove the air bubble that had entered and was preventing the liquid from circulating. I took the opportunity to clean it.

      Hi, I have had two of them, both of them had the same problem two years after purchase, the first one was changed under warranty, the second one I had to repair by myself. How the radiator is mounted also has an impact on durability.

    Наверняка зазор исключет физическую поломку керамического нагревательного элемета при неточной геометрии остальных деталей, и прочей деформации. Вот у основания надо чем-то герметизировать, потому что окалина с жала попав в корпус паяльника может вызвать замыкание внутри схемы.

      It's true, but a thin sheet of copper is harder to find, while an aluminum can is something we all have at home.

      @@checcomaker Dismantle a worn out 18650 battery , you will find thin copper sheet , just make sure the battery is dead and has no charge in it before dismantling .

    Where did you get that super fitted springs ? I removed some from old pen but it's not good in size and not fit to the multimeter probe.

      The springs of the pens are too big. The springs I used are recovered from old equipment.
