I love love love the 20 ft and its decking,thanks for the walk through.. hopefully next year,when ny money comes,i can talk to Taylor about compliance to coyncil, building code,abd and find some landshare,but how good does this look, no more insane rent,i have to move out if my rental next year,so hoping money will come so i can get this 20 ft as jyst,me,my dog and cat...will be awesome..thanks Expander 😊

KEEP IN MIND EXPANDERS ARE HEAVY !! Kennedy Contracting is familiar with our products so they can get away with using 3 people BUT we recommend using at least 5 well-bodies individuals for lowering the floors.

I'm guessing the buyer adds a water heater? I'm also guessing it goes outside? I love the idea of these little homes but I'm not sold on the wiring and it can support. I don't think it's asking too much if a wall in the livingroom area were reinforced to support a tv. Floor space is at a premium as are electrical outlets.
