Im usually wear a US 9.5 shoes too, so do you recommend for a upsize to US 10 for wider option?
They are definitely not a wide shoe, if you need a little more width then sizing up could be an option. But for me I just stuck with my usual 9.5.

If you're doing 2 threshold sessions, 1 speed session and a long run a week, isn't that like 4 quality sessions a week? How are you recovering from all this 😭
Yeah it is a lot, just stay on top of sleep and using recovery tools. The threshold sessions aren't that hard though which is why I can get through them well.

Love these shoes had Pegasus got rid of them and bought these are the best shoe in every way possible for as someone with flat feet I run longer distances and walk all day long
