Get rid of Jeep JLU DEATH WOBBLE with Teraflex and Falcon Shocks!

    Hi great video! I just happened to stumble upon it. The dealer changed my oil cooler last year and I feel like my oil temp runs hotter now. I'm not sure why. When I'm on the highway doing 70-75 my oil temp goes to 226. Before the replacement I don't think it ever went above 212. Is it just me? What is the temp on your jeep at highway speeds? Thank you!

    I was just wondering if you saw any way for oil to get into the coolant. Obviously the oil pressure is higher than the coolant pressure so I presume it will get by the rubber gaskets. They look pretty much identical to the 3.6l gas housing huh?

    • @Fktg_tactical

      I did a bunch of research before replacing the cooler instead of just the hose. They supposedly have issues with the coolant getting into the oil which is why we replaced it. I use a 2006 3500 Duramax and I don't know the weight. trailer 8000, camper 3000, YJ 4-5000?, JK 5-600? The only GM truck that's up to pulling it per manufacturer would be a 2020 and up dually.

      It's hard to say. I always have a lot of other stuff and vehicles going on . I would say 10-12 hours total. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for the install.

      The camper is 10' from front of trailer to back end of camper. We had 12' to spare and found a camper that left us enough room to open the camper door with the Jeeps strapped in. Thanks for watching!

    You haven't posted any wheeling videos in a year have you just not gone on any trips lately?

    • @Fktg_tactical
      @Fktg_tactical Год назад

      We haven't been wheelin in over a year. Due to the current state of the world we decided to put our money into more preps, g*ns, ammo, food, body armor, etc! With fuel prices the way they are the 70-80 gallons of fuel to get both rigs to just the Rubicon, wheel and get home is like $300 or more. It sucks I know. Thinking of making the trip to KOH tih the crawler hauler and the YJ this year so stay tuned!

      The bumper weighs about 40 pounds with tow brackets and winch weighs around 66 pounds so we're looking at about 100 lbs give or take. Thanks for your support!

    I grew up in Yerington, I camped a few times in Pine Grove. That place is definitely haunted. Rocks were thrown at my campsite(across the road-S/W of the trail in, The graveyard on the hill across from my campsite.

      Crazy! My grand parents have a trailer on Bybee Ln and I spent a lot of time there during the summers of the 80's. Going to Vorra at the mine, fishing at Weber and out at the river by the mc tracks all the time. I didn't find Pine Grove until about 7-8 years ago. Crazy that it's really haunted. What width are your Method wheels? Interco's site says the 41x14.50/R17 IROK wants a 12" wide wheel. And there are basically zero 17x12 wheels. Just wondering how narrow I can go. Yours look great.

      On summit racing they say maximum recommended wheel width is 12". The sidewalls are so tall I think down to 8" wide would do just fine. 9-10" wide being perfect.
