How many reps? Some studies suggest that for growth 15 to 20 for 4-5 sets are ideal.
@@CWattssdepends on exercise. 1-3 reps can be better for strength with squats and deadlifts especially if you’re getting your volume in with many sets or a few 5-8 rep sets which will be potentially the best for hypertrophy too
