i have an application which uses a closed loop stepper motor controlled by an s7-1200 plc, if plc command the driver to travel (e.g.. 100mm) ,so whene the motor reached target position (eg..100mm), i need the driver to tell the plc that target position is reached via it's (a contact logic of 0 or 1) digital output which will be connected to plc digital input. does this feature available in your stepper drivers. for a closed loop Nema 42 if so give me the driver refrence

On L7 what is error 100 and how to fix it
Err100 often occurs when motor is overloaded which means the load is too heavy for the servo system. If this is not the case, please refer to our user manual under chapter 8 Warning and Alarm -> Er100 on how to solve the error.
If the voltage supplied to the motor is less than 24V, will the motor report an error?
the motor will run no more than 2000rpm and easy to get "under-voltage" error if with 24VDC input

Em556 driver turns on, shines green, autotest moves motor but the driver is no longer processing step/dir signal. Other drivers work no problem with the same motor and same step/dir signals so the issue is the driver.
Does EM556 set the same DIP switch as other normal drives, pls email to tech@leadshine.com for more help
