The Wizard (1989) - starring Fred Savage, Jenny Lewis, Luke Edwards, Christian Slater and Beau Bridges - is an all-time classic. Yes, it’s a massive commercial for Nintendo, but it’s also about so much more, featuring some incredibly adult themes that managed to Trojan Horse their way into the film.
