Having my alternator not charging. Took it off its a pain in theses jeeps. Just to be told it's fine. Also replace the battery.

Bro i feel you. Why !!! Iv Been dealing with a battery problem for a week now already spent like a 1000 dollars did all the work my self and now i can't get the fuse box off which was probably the problem the whole time. Im so fucking over Toyotas tiny handed manufacturing bull shit!

I replaced my alternator and after i go everything put back together i hooked the batter up and heard a pop near the new alternator. Beofre i started it i let it set thete to see if i seen any smoke or fire, didnt aee anything so i started it up tp let it run for a sec before i drove it. Heard ot pop again while ot was running amd checked the voltage at the battery and it was showing 21v so i shut it off and u hioked the battery. I went out the next day to hook it back up and check everything and when i hooked it up i didnt hear a pop so i started it up and still no charging. Any ideas? Its on a 2010 jeep patriot

I swap c pillar with b pillar sensor is good ,trace wire from c pillar to abs module and wires are good , did not check pressure sensor yet

I think mine harness how would I go about wiring a new one up bc I’ve already bought mass airflow sensor map sensor and purge valve and my car has 17 codes all for mass air flow

Just did this... royal pain if your a big person. Uncomfortable to say the least. All working now though for under $50. I will never do one of these again. I'll coax a younger friend to be a contortionist, I am 60 and my ribs are sore, body tired. Did not need to remove the gas pedal, just the brake.

replaced this in my car 2 months ago. fixed my problem where the car wouldn’t always start at crank. now all of a sudden i’m replacing it again for the same issue. is there an underlying problem that causes the sensor to go bad?

Thank you!!! Dealing with this exact same problem with my 2010 Tucson. Back driver door does not automatically unlock so we have to manually switch the lock, otherwise the lift gate doesn't open. But if that back door is unlocked, the lift gate opens no problem. So weird.

I changed mine but keep doing the same thing throwing those codes im driving down the street engine light blinks and it won’t accelerate fast I put my whole foot on the pedal and it won’t go up fast
