Thank to you two for sharing! I loved hearing how you’re both on the journey together. Resting and mindfulness/slowing down is probably the most helpful in being in the feminine for me, but trust is still the hardest aspect for me to practice because it requires reframing a deep belief that people don’t care nor do they try to be there for you. I know this role didn’t come out of nowhere you know? When you’re around people in survival mode most of their lives, they really don’t have capacity to care. I still trust that life can be magical and loving and it’s ok not to trust most people because realistically Americans are also not taught community consciousness.

Completely loved the bit where you talked about enjoying silence. Like taking a bath without music or a pod playing or taking a walk in silence. I’m also trying to implant silence into my life because I talk to myself (out loud) like a lot and mostly have some of nose going on like music or a pod. Many thanks ladies

It was so refreshing to hear devamsha question 'what is the point of marriage'? I wish more people thought about why they followed these social constructs before doing it. In Australia there is virtually no legal benefit besides being able to divorce! The only benefit is making it easier for a partner to be next of kin without needing to provide proof or fight with blood relatives I think. Of course if marriage is the epitome of love for a couple all the power to them ❤ For me personally, I've been lucky enough to flourish in both love and career, so I personally don't think it's a choice between the two but moreso on priority depending on their own situation like you girls discussed! thanks for this episode! Would be keen for a deeper dive into the topic of all things love & marriage!

i found your podcast on reels on instagram, im so glad i did. you guys said about not even knowing who you are and what your OWN thoughts are on something, im currently trying to overcome that and find my authentic self, and the thing about the switch up of accents as well, its so frustrating because both sides ARE me but at the same time im not sure are they really?? so it was really good to hear that other south asian growing up in the west also experienced this. my journey was so isolating, now im finally healing and hearing about others who went through the same thing, its really helpful. i hope i find my true self and can be comfortable introducing the real me to everyone in my life. thank you guys<3
