Even though I have an online following that is constantly growing and have been selling products online for years now, I struggle with the fear of people seeing me trying every single day and it keeps me from being more productive and truly getting out of side-hustle land. it's so debilitating. A lot of this I think also has to do with attachment and the subconcious thoughts conditioned in us from childhood. My parents were very unsupportive, would constantly compare me to others doing better than me and belittled everything I did. So of course I have a voice in my head that catastrophizes everything and never gives itself credit
